The last two or three times that we ordered from the Kittery Maine domino's pizza, it was horrible in every sense of the word. Between the number of times it was either burned or delivery never showed. This time we went and picked up our order and it came out great this time. I may give them another chance.

The Kittery store has to be the worse Domino’s! Ordered dinner online, after an hour I noticed our order wasn’t being processed. Called the store and was told it would be an additional 2-3 hours for service. Told them to cancel our order. Every time we have ordered here, we have had issues. Refuse to even continue doing business here!

When I order on line, there is nothing saying it's an hour wait....or more....and I have to wait because I've already paid for it. I was not happy.
So there's 2 cars here...and that's it. 3 peeps working....I'm confused... just wish they'd put something on their page. I probably would of got my pizza at Anthonies...or somewhere...

Just seems that their pizzas keep getting worse and worse. The ma and pa places, which are everywhere in York, are too expensive. If I want good affordable pizzas I drive 30 minutes each way to Saco and the little Ceasar's up there.

Times of Covid and when you call on the greeting it says “ask for contactless curbside”…. When called and requested this cause of 4 kids in the car Ryan said that he couldn’t meet me at the door or use the drive thru window for pick up even after telling him I had 4 kids in the car that I didn’t want to leave in the car to go in the store..

I have never been left on hold for so long in my life. 45 minutes of listening to your automated message about your food and talking to " Dom " to order my food and no one answered is very irritating. If you are not open at that location mark it as so or put in message since I heard it a zillion times

It was a very long wait for simple carry out. The cinnamon twists were really good though. The pizza was ok but not the best.
