Mcdonald's

This is our first visit at this branch and we had an unsatisfactory experience. We were planning to just grab a meal really fast and get back to the road as soon as possible. Unfortunately, our experience here delayed our trip for 45 minutes. I was going to empathize with their lack of workers excuse but my views changed after I overheard an off-duty manager chatting with an on-duty crew while waiting for our small order around 7:30pm on Saturday, November 6. The store was busy at the time we visited and the manager holding up a crew’s time just to chat makes the wait even longer for other people. I’m hoping others won’t have to experience this especially if they booked their trip with a tight schedule.

Stopped in the other night for a late night dinner after travelling for several hours. We had a small issue with the app and getting our coupons accepted and a miss charge but after talking with the manager and location franchise owner we got everything figured out! The staff was super friendly and very helpful in figuring out what had happened and how to get it fixed. All in all the team was awesome and we greatly appreciate them reaching out to us again to make sure everything had been taken care of. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and really friendly people and they must have a new manager because everything is so much better than it was 6 months ago. Everybody's nice and you don't have to wait for your order and they're ready to take your order which used to be a problem. The food is usually perfect. Five stars in my book!! I go there just about every day and it's great.

Despite many naysayers, McDonalds continues to maintain and expand their menu. Their stores are something on which a traveler can depend: neat, clean and well stocked. Order kiosks have multiplied, but I merely walked up to a ready order taker who made my transaction quick and easy. My meal was ready quickly, and provided comfort food although I was several hundreds of miles from home. "Gas and Eat" fit my travel schedule and "the powers that be" (not biden) arranged for easy Interstate access off and back on. Someone there mentioned price increases, to which I replied, "I used to ride my bicycle to McDonald's and get a burger, fries and a Coke for 35 cents, so I'm used to price increases." Cheeseburgers, medium fries and a soft drink hits the spot.
