Mcdonald's

This location use to be one of the best I'd ever been too. Staff was friendly, food was always hot, orders very rarely wrong. Now, not so much. If you order inside, be ready for at least a 15 min wait, ignorant clueless staff, and semi warm food. Manager walks around with belly hanging out all around. Quality at this location has definitely gone downhill.

Wish they would get orders correct and get the line in the drive thru moving. Somebody decided they wanted to change their order and instead of sending them to go park and wait, they left them to make a very long slow wait. People were getting so mad and I heard one man using profanities. But who knows I've never worked fast food so it could be very trying?

Dirty bathrooms, very uncharacteristic for a McDonald's. When ppl are traveling, they not only stop at McDonald's for the food but also bc they have CLEAN, well maintained bathrooms; this one did not. When the bathrooms of an earring establishment aren't CLEAN, you have a tendency to NOT want to eat there! 💞

25% higher price than any other McDonald's. We went ahead and got the burgers one last time, but this is clearly the preface to closing the Mcdonald's in Kingsman. Absolutely ridiculous prices and the staff shrug their shoulders and say we don't know why it's so expensive. NEVER AGAIN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. The manager, upon calling the restauarant, claims the double cheeseburgers have NEVER been that cheap which is absolute NONSENSE. These people are gouging the community, THEIR OWN STAFF corroborated my story and the manager gaslights me with "We've never been that cheap." CROOKS. ABSOLUTE CROOKS.
