Taco Bell

Went through the drive-through and got 3 tacos regular just lettuce no cheese no sour cream no tomatoes. I leave make it halfway home, open up my taco to find that there's sour cream and tomatoes so I turn around and the lady is happy to fix it very nice about it. So i leave happy but I Didn't check my tacos before leaving because I didn't think that One could be so incompetent to complete an order of just tacos with lettuce, But law and behold, I open it and there's cheese But you could tell they put it on there and then took it off. I don't just not like cheese or sour cream I am lactose intolerant so I literally cannot eat cheese or sour cream and I told them this. Usually I don't complain because you know stuff happens but these workers are getting paid more than people who have been in positions at their job for years and they can't even make a plaim taco. I do not see how hard that is, if you're gonna get paid more than somebody who builds 300 cabinets A day in a metal building with no AC then you can learn how to make a taco. Get it together taco bell on Stockton hill, you don't have to go to college, reading and completing an order isnt rocket science.

This is one of the best taco Bell's I've ever been to. And I've been to quite a few in my years. The staff is very customer oriented. A huge plus. Your help always makes your business. I'm glad to go in. Sometimes they are a little overwhelmed but get thru it. You just gotta givem a little time. Don't be in a rush! Life's to short not to enjoy it.

Well, we don't often eat fast food, but Taco Bell brought back the Mexican Pizza, so we went. Apparently the pizza was good. I had a crunchwrap, but chicken. Used to have a spicy chicken crunchwrap on the menu, but now it's all ask for substitutions. It was okay, it's Fast Food! But the strawberry lemonade was tasty. Didn't eat my chicken HARD SHELL taco. Not tasty at all. Overall, Meh.

I ordered the cheesy gordita crunch box. When I was at the window, I realized I wasn't asked what flavor of drink I wanted. I told the cashier I wanted diet Pepsi for my beverage. She said okay, came back and asked "so, you want to add a diet Pepsi, right?" I said, "the box comes with a drink, right?" She said, "oh, we have your order as a single gordita crunch. Not the box meal." I said, "okay, that'll be fine." "Well, I apologize for the mix up. Here is a coupon for a free taco and here is large diet Pepsi, no charge." so, eventhough it was ultimately my fault for the order mix up (I confirmed the order on the screen was correct at the drive through), the cashier made a drink and didn't charge for it. plus the free taco coupon she gave me was above and beyond expectations. my order came out hot and was quickly fulfilled. friendly staff and fast food. will return
