first off Tandy took me in right away and kept me occupied until the doctor was ready for me. she was so patient and informative and obviously very knowledgeable. had great people skills. then comes the doctor and he gave me all the info i had hoped to get plus more! he was awesome and so funny and easygoing but also super informative and smart. i was stoked with my experience!

Dr. Guild is very knowledgeable in his field and my history with appointments and care at Aloha Eye Cilinic. He goes further during exams with understandable explanations of my problems and treatments to solve my situations. Dr. Guild quickly diagnosed that my eye problems were symptoms of dry eye syndrome and not conjuctivitis as I had suspected. He was thorough and complete with self treatment instructions and answered my questions about over the counter medications very clearly. Mahalo to Dr. Guild.

The professional help I got was very helpful in understanding the condition of my eyes. The support staff were very friendly and efficient. My only complaint was with the online process I was requested to complete that had a list of diseases that went on for pages. I gave up on completing it…but it is ridiculous! And then at the clinic I had to fill in a paper form anyway.
