Fresh, made to order, delicious.
I would say the best Thai food we’ve eaten on Maui. I made a request for Masaman Curry w/chicken with no potatoes but substitute w/onions or green beans, both were generously added along with more than a small portion of chicken. It was so hot from the stove that I couldn’t eat it for awhile, good and frustrating. I might suggest not using an insulated bowl! But, it caused me to eat slowly and savor every bite.
The only negatives were the air conditioning was very cold and the dishes clanging around was loud and annoying.
Regardless, we will definitely be back!

Delicious Thai food. Many gluten free options. The service was good and fast. This was one of my favorite meals in Maui. The braised meat curry was delicious and the sweet tea is so good that it is almost addictive.
Honestly speaking, this was probably the best food we had in Maui. The dishes are incredible and the portions are quite large. If you are vegetarian, this place is excellent because pretty much everything can be made without meat. We were overall disappointed with the food on the island, but Nutcharee’s was so yummy that we had to go twice. The staff are also lovely and the location is very accessible. I would highly highly recommend stopping here for a meal if you’re on the island!
When they say authentic, they are not kidding.
This is a good place we ordered masuman curry it’s great. Quantities are good too. If you are in average appetite the curry must be good you two.
Only disappoint was the coconut shrimp in appetizers. It was not worth the hype. Not great or unique. Good service and atmosphere.
Today, we stopped by this Thai restaurant for our lunch and glad we chose this. The owner accommodated our request for no onion and no garlic (Buddha vegetarian) and the meal just taste awesome! and price very reasonable. Highly recommended!!
Finally some decent food in Kihei!
Though their summer rolls were a little lackluster, their pumpkin curry was delicious!! my wife, and I shared this dish, with a side of rice, and it was the perfect amount for us.
One note: try not to get seated beneath the AC unit. It was an incredibly frigid experience until another table left, and we could finally take their spot.
Do yourself a favor and GET THE PUMPKIN RED CURRY (or any curry)!!!
I have had many Thai dishes in my life and to say no other curry even comes close to how good this is, would be an understatement. We ordered the curry and crab fried rice and it was absolutely perfect together. We went back two days in a row on our visit to Maui because that good. If you like a perfect little kick to your dish, get it spicy!!! Cheers to the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever had, hats off to Nutcharee herself!!
One of the best Thai I have ever tried in my life! The pumpkin curry was absolutely delicious and the eggplant and Thai basil stir fry was amazing as well. All the ingredients were very fresh.
The stuff is friendly and there are tons of choices in the menu.
I rarely say "the best" due to the endless implications so let me just say this about Nutcharee's.

We were recommended by an acquaintance to visit this place because he loved it so much and I must say that our experience lived up to his high recommendation.
The food was amazing. Absolutely delicious.
It was so good that I literally wanted to thank the chef by kissing her hands as the highest gesture of how much we loved their food.
I did pass on my appreciation and gratitude but didn't kiss the hands, lol. Now, this should give you the picture of how much we loved their food, ha ha.
And, their Thai tea was "the best Thai tea" that I ever had so far in life. Hands down to it. We ordered 5 Thai teas for just the two of us, we loved it so much!
And also, we learnt something new that only the yellow curry was vegan, every other curry had a shrimp base to it. We got the yellow curry customized by adding the green curry veggies to it.
Their pad Thai and Summer rolls were very delicious too.
So much of food at very reasonable prices, that in a hot tourist spot, very impressed.
Overall, a fabulous 5 star rating goes to this restaurant from our side.
