Thai food with extensive menu. We ordered summer shrimp rolls which were light and fresh with a hoisin dipping sauce, macadamian panang curry with the suggested beef short rib, sticky rice, and the drunken coconut sauce fish with the sauce spooned over panko crusted fish. All dishes were delicious. The sauces were very mild (no Thai heat). Our server was enthusiastic and helpful.

Amazing food. We ordered Thai style chicken wings, green curry with chicken and drunken fried rice with shrimp. All the items were delicious. The waiting staff was nice and patient. Would definitely visit again if I get a chance.

The main entree - Yellow curry, fried rice and mahi mahi filet are great! Fried calamari's portion is too small, not recommend. This is also one of few restaurants opening on Thanksgiving.

Best Thai food I have eaten. Wish it was closer to my home. (California) Great curry w short rib, drunken noodle, eggplant, pork laab salad and steak yum. We even came back to eat a second time.

The little hidden gem was an absolute treat! we kept coming back to try different dishes because the food and the service were both incredible!! Authentic Thai food and all the staff are Thai as well, even in the kitchen! Just delicious authentic food and the best Thai hospitality! 10/10

Great spot for Thai food in Maui!! Service and location isn’t anything to write home about but the food… one of the better meals I had all week while visiting the island, and for a decent price too! I got the drunken noodles and I was drunk in love ‘til the last bite. The shrimp spring rolls and calamari bites were okay, but the main dishes were the stars of the show. Definitely grab takeout from here on one of those more lazier nights during your vacation.

While this place looks unassuming the food is surprisingly excellent. We had the yellow curry with tofu and the panang curry with short rib. Both were flavored excellently and e're very filling. Would 100% go here again. PS. Photo included shows a demolished plate of green papaya salad and summer rolls. Both were very good. We also ordered two mocktails which were well made and not too sweet!

We ate at Maui Thai Bistro twice while in Maui. The food was excellent, reminded us of the quality Thai food we ate on a trip to Thailand several years ago. A great combination of sweet, sour and just the right amount of heat. A complex intoxicating blend of spices. mmm good. We wish we had been able to fit in a third visit as it was as good as any food we ate in Maui, and much more reasonably priced. Location can be challenging for the directionally challenged and easily led astray by Google Maps:)

Clean. Nice decor and vibe. Friendly, hard-working staff. Strong cocktails; a little too sweet though. Chicken Satay and Vegetarian Summer Rolls were delicious! Loved how the rolls were small, bite-sized. Pad Thai with vegetables was okay…a bit too sweet. Was disappointed in the small amount of vegetables. Will definitely go back and try something else. Recommend you try them.

The service was fast and friendly. I really liked the thai green curry with vegetable and tofu: it was not kind of soup but a fine quite dense sauce spicy and tasty without peppers and coriander. The tofu was fresh and soft
