Recommended by our shuttle driver and it did not disappoint. Fish tacos were exceptional and my bride said the taco salad was great too. Not too far from the resort so we hope to visit multiple times. Make the drive from anywhere on the island.

Fantastic Mexican in Kauai! Servers were busy but did an awesome job! The mai tai's were great! Started with the chips and salsa, and the salsa is really well done. We had Ono fish tacos, carnitas and carne asada. Carnitas tacos were the best in my opinion.

We went to the new location for the first time today at lunch time. Place was packed, but we only had to wait 4 or 5 minutes till they took our order, a beef burrito, a veggie burrito, and chicken enchilada plate. We sat outside on the benches and it was about a ten minute wait, not bad. All of the food was good. They gave us two kinds of sauce and a side of sour cream as well. I liked both of the hot sauces, one is kind of like a thousand island, but spicy.
The parking is tight, we parked across the street next to the tennis court, made it a lot easier to get in and out.
Best fish tacos I’ve had to this point in my life. Chips and salsa are fantastic as well and I’ve always heard that chips and salsa tell the story. Service was friendly and they were quick to bring food. We will eat here again before our vacation is over. Delicious!
My favorite place to eat in Kapaa , great service delicious food & drinks . I almost always get the Bloody Mary , shrimp cocktail & 3 carnitas tacos & kids bean burrito plate for my daughter . 100% recommend.
Stopped at Paco's Tacos while visiting the island with 6 kids. We have one child that is extremely picky and difficult when we eat out. The host, whose name i forgot, took our order and noticed our child was extremely picky and went to the extreme to please her. She had wanted pancakes when breakfast had been over for hours. She did her usual curl up into a ball and pout. The host worked with the kitchen and made my daughters day with those pancakes. She was so happy she came out of her shell and ate the whole plate. What could/should have been our normal eating out experience where we have at least one kid refusing to eat, we had a great experience where every kid ate thanks in whole to the host and the kitchen. The host went well above and beyond what he could have done. He was insistent that she find something she'd eat, and he succeeded. Thank you so much for that, our last meal on the island and it was perfect.
Went on a Friday night and they were pretty busy, lots of take outs, so our food took a while to come out. Our food was really good.
I'm Mexican from San Diego and I was very impressed with their Ceviche, Al pastor tacos and carnitas. Very good and highly recommended!
