We are from Missouri. We went to a Whataburger in Texarkana back in February and we were not impressed. However, we decided to try it again while we are on vacation here. It was fabulous!!! We went through the drive thru and had 2 very confusing orders. This location was on it and very friendly!! ☺️☺️
Whataburger - is there anything else that can be said? I am a WNY transplant. I kept hearing about this place and said "really? Its is a burger joint, how can they do anything different from what I have had?" WELL let me tell you, they blew me away and I am a true blue fan of Whataburger! They must put crack or something in their burgers because that is all I crave! LOL
Consistently clean. Busy breakfast shift but the dining area is clean, unlike many other fast food competitors. Also, the staff is friendly and bring your order to the table. The new breakfast bowl isn't going to win any aesthetic awards but it's very filling.
The service was great as always. The restaurant was clean and cozy. The food doesn't seem to be what I grew up on.
It's a Texas institution. Honest burger with no frills, just as you would expect. The drink lids can be loose sometimes so make sure you have a good grip on your drink or you'll be wearing it. They actually have an honest to goodness blt now so if you've been looking them hit them up. I really liked the banana flavoured milkshake.
The food here is always hot, fresh, and delicious, and the customer service is great.
Great french fries and nice drinks. We order for 4 people meals cost only $30. It is cheap and hot, fresh with delicious taste. It is not too much greasy. Highly recommended

Broken tooth!
The Whataburger corporation really needs to increase their quality specifications on their hamburger meat. I love Whataburgers but in almost every burger I get, there is a tiny piece of bone in it. I don’t find bone chips at other burger places. I have been lucky that I have not broken a tooth until today. I ordered a double meat (#2) and as usual, I found a piece of bone in my mouth. But there was a second one which I bit down on and it broke my molar. In my mind, “acceptable bone content” is a specification that can be changed. I am sure it is just a question of whether the Whataburger management is more concerned about their customers’ dental safety, or the additional cost for a stricter standard. It is disappointing, as Whataburger is my favorite burger place. I think I will be heeding those tv cows and “eat mor chikin”.

Good fast food option. Only issue is when ordering online, they always forget some of the requested food items. They need to pay more attention as happen very frequently, other than that all ok.
I visited this Whataburger location(Katy Fwy near Pin Oak) during Teacher Appreciation week May 2023, and each morning I received The Best friendly and courteous service as a walk in customer. I was even given a complementary cup of coffee and a cookie one morning along with the already free breakfast sandwich offered. Thank you ma’am!
