Jack In The Box

I get food at this location every Saturday. The past month the service has really gone down. I got food this morning and when I looked at my tacos it looked like they are from last night. I ordered 4 tacos and they all looked this way. I thought maybe they were just over heated but no. They tasted the way they looked. The number 29 I ordered tasted old as well as the rest of my order. Just horrible. Looks like it's time to try a different location.

the burger tasted like soy. Definitely not all beef patties. The 'cheese sauce' was melted greasy cheese not sauce. I wasn't impressed. Waste of money and time. UPDATE: I just got a call from the district manager. He assured me that he'd contact the store for a discussion. I've got to say that I'm pleasantly surprised. I didn't think I'd get a response. Based on this feedback I will definitely give them another chance.

4 cars in parking lot, presumably employees’, no line at drive through. I’m told only Dash and Uber allowed due to short staffing. Sounds like someone is lazy as I’ve ordered here with only 1 employee working and food was ready within minutes no issues. No signs or hand written note at drive through, had to drive around twice to have someone respond on the intercom box. Visibly saw two employees inside.

If I could have given this place zero stars, I would have. I have never encountered the level of ignorance as I did on December 30, 2021 at 11:30 pm. My husband and I placed a simple order and it was explained that they were out of several of the items. Whomever was taking the orders proceeded with sarcasm and it was explained to her that her sarcasm was not needed and she continued with nastiness. It was later determined that she was one of the managers and has several arm tattoos. I would like to address this concern with the general manager of this establishment and I look forward to hearing from you all soon
