Love chicken salad and the deck the hall salad for the holidays was delicious. Had just the right amount of jalapeno and cranberry ratio. Staff was friendly.

We have tried two different locations. Katy and West University and both are spectacular! I don’t think we could love it anymore than we do. The food is great and always such sweet people working there. It’s a family favorite for sure!

Yessss!!! We love this chicken salad chick and come here at least once a week! We get the large tub to bring home and eat it for lunch or dinner or snacking. My kids love it and they're super picky! The folks that work here are also always very nice and have great customer service. Tons of different types of chicken salad, and other salads, plus soups and sandwich options. Pro tip: go to tiffs treat next door for a treat afterwards.

Really enjoy chicken salad chick since discovered it . Variety of chicken salads have all been delicious, as well as the pimento cheese . I get the mild pimento as spicy is too spicy for me. The trio allows one to sample a couple of chicken salads plus a pimento cheese, makes a very good and filling meal that also includes crackers and a cookie. Have only taken by drive thru, and service has been very quick and efficient.

The place is very nice and clean. Many options to choose from and very tasty. My only complaint is that they said they “couldn’t” heat up the croissant for my sandwich when they offer toasted/warmed bread… other than that very good.

Lots of teachers ate here during the first week of August. The lines were long but moved quickly. Delicious food! Happy teachers!

My daughter and I went here for the 1st time after seeing it advertised on tiktok and the associate there was super nice patient and helpful because we had no clue on what to get lol. The food was great we both got a sandwich I had a potato soup and she got a side salad both got a drink and they give you a cute little cookie that's very tasty. Definitely going back for more!

Had a nice lunch with my family here. The sweet lady taking orders was so kind and helpful. She explained everything and was so patient as I tried different flavors. It was so pleasant to get such awesome customer service! We will definitely be back...I loved the chicken salad and the watermelon tea!!!

Tried this place today and I'm glad I did! I got the classic chicken salad on a croissant bread with potato soup. It also came with crackers, a mini sugar cookie and a pickle spear. Everything was delicious! I will definitely be a returning customer. The size portions were perfect for me (but probably not my husband) and the pricing was good. I will attach a pic but I had already eaten half of the sandwhich.. lol

My kinda eatery! Kathleen took my order and gave me some recommendations that were all wonderful! I tried a trio of the jalapeño holly on a croissant, scoop of fancy Nancy, and a side of broccoli salad. I almost think the trio was too much food.
Then they topped it off with a pickle slice and iced cookie to toot. It was all well presented and ingredients were fresh. All the wait staff were super pleasant and kind. Chicken Salad Chick has an amazing range of chicken salad and guilt free dining.
