Was warmly greeted immediately upon entering, thanked twice, once upon completion of my order and when leaving. My sandwich was made before I was even done paying! #freakyfast
I order them multiple times a week and my order is correct every single time! Never once messed up I'm amazed! I customize every sandwich I get it's always right! Better than I can say about most places in raytown at least I know I'm gonna get what I order and don't have to check my food.
I have to tell you on this particular day these guys got it right on the money. They had a good customer service etiquette. For an item they didn't have they suggested a substitution that would be just as good. Definitely like that. I get a little nervous when I see a couple Young Folks running the show but the young man that was in charge and the young lady and the young man that worked with him got it right. I definitely look forward to eating there again. And I hope they continue to keep up the good work.

Great place! The employees are always so very nice.
After a severe storm, our power was out so we decided to go to Jimmy Johns for dinner. Apparently we were not the only ones with this idea. We were the only ones in the store at first, but they were hecka busy with drive-through and online orders. We waited the longest we have ever waited for our sandwiches, but the staff was clearly doing their best. I've never gotten a bad sandwich here or poor service. This is a top-notch staff. I recommend it.
I didn’t ask her name, but the receipt says Ashley is who rang up my order at Jimmy Johns And she deserves to be recognized! (I was there at 1:45 pm today and she took my order through the drive-thru receipt says register 4) She was beyond kind and super friendly and spunky! You could tell she was being authentic too, just her friendly self and I love that. I work down the street from this jimmy johns and she made it quick and easy, but also was patient while I ordered and very helpful. I don’t know her personally, but I love her! Good job Ashley!
Jimmy John's to the rescue. No other place would help me but Jimmy John's did. They were amazing helping get lunch ready for me at the last minute so we could feed to our employees who have been working really hard. Thank you!!
Don't go there often but always been good. Service is fast and friendly and food was accurate and taste good. I always go inside to order and take it to go, have not preordered online. If you don't like their delivery times go get it yourself.
The costumer service from Michael and Kai yesterday was impeccable! They made my day just by not making me feel rushed. They were very kind and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs! Hiring these two gentlemen was a great choice! Thank you Michael and Kai! Keep up the great work!
I've gotten food a handful of times from this location and I can't really complain. I order online and my food is always ready when I get there and it's always prepared correctly. Based on other reviews, maybe I've just been lucky, but I'll continue to go here until they give me a reason not to.
