MT Plate is consistent. The staff are friendly, the food is good and the prices are reasonable. I have favorite items I order from their menu and they are flexible and do special requests.
This was my first visit and it was delicious! This meal fed me for lunch and my husband ate the leftovers for dinner. Generous helping. The butternut squash bisque was like a dessert soup... so yummy!

MT Plate is my favorite place to eat in the Crown Center/Union Station area. Great food at a reasonable price, with a plethora of breakfast and lunch options, including a well-stocked salad bar. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The service is fast. You wouldn't think that 2300 Main has a restaurant inside but the looks of it, but it's a wonderful spot to eat on frequent occasions. Try the buffalo chicken wrap. It's great.
Recently remodeled. Great place for a quick salad bar, deli sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and soup. Prices commensurate with what you would expect for an establishment located in an office building. Their catering division is a separate entity and has always provided great service and quality.
Love this lunch location. I love their catering division even more. They cater many lunch meetings for my company and we haven't had a bad experience yet. Love them!!
The food is always good. Ordering online makes the process much quicker as they are often pretty busy around lunch time!
