We love to go there, and we almost always have salad bar. There is no better salad anywhere! Our waitress was very nice. My mother and sister had the ribs and they were fork render. The grilled zuchinini was amazing. We also had some kind of church cake, it was to die for.
I'd like to thank our server tonight, Claire, for her great service. We're in town for the NASCAR race and had hotel troubles. I was on the phone with our travel provider during most of the meal while they looked for a place for us, since our original hotel got overbooked, and all other area hotels were booked. Claire gave us some hotel recommendations during our meal and tried to help us find a place for the night. She went above and beyond for us and it was greatly appreciated. You're lucky to have such a kind person working for you. It was a frustrating night for us, but our dinner was certainly enjoyable. We finally found a place to stay too! This was actually my first time at a Ruby Tuesday too - the food was great as well. Thanks again Claire.
Reached late in this city and wanted a quick lunch. We had buffalo wings cajun shrimp with rice and grilled salmon. Wow what a great food. Every thing was superb with blue moon beer on tap.
As i sit atop my throne in a small Sleep Inn bathroom while sipping on my Blood Orange Mikes Hard lemonade (which i highly recommend) and eating sour skittles i think back about my time at Ruby Tuesdays only an hour ago. The roads were not great and we needed a quick bite to eat before our flight in the morning so we opted for the second closest place we could find. As we entered the restaurant two men greeted us and asked if there were only 2 of us for dinner but we clearly were a party of 3 so that was a little awkward. We sat at a comfortable table in the corner located near a nice Sony flat screen tv, probably close to 42". Tonight happened to be Sunday night in the peak of football season yet all the TVs we on cbs and the game was on nbc. I questioned this but did not say anything to our server. The temperature in the restaurant was brisk and my mother and sister kept their jackets on the whole time. I was comfortable without a jacket. After a heavy night of drinking last night i decided a water with my meal would be the play, although all of the fruity alcoholic drinks looked delicious and fancy. After flipping through a rather diverse menu i made the decision to get a hamburger. After a few more minutes i changed my mind and ended up ordering the "Fire Wings - hot buffalo" with a side of fries. My mother and sister ordered the California pasta primavera and green beans tempura in a beer batter breading to share. While waiting for the food i elected to go and take a pissah. The bathroom was very hot (close to 80 degrees if i had to guess) and the toilet paper was 1ply...safe to say this was not the highlight of my trip. Our food came out but it was only the pasta primavera and wings. Why these cane out before the appetizer tempura you might ask? Well next she brought the tempura only to say the chef forgot to bread the fried beans. I don't exactly understand how this happened but the beans were still delectable. My fries seemed to be taking a while so i asked the server where they were...only to find out she forgot to put the order in for them. Ok at this point I'm worried we made a mistake coming here on this cold Missouri night. The fries came out soon and were hot and tasty, comparable to Wendy's actually. The wings were very spicy and slightly undercooked but I demolished them. My mother and sister enjoyed the pasta and said it was "light and tasty" when i asked how it tasted. We almost got desert but a last minute change of plans meant no desert for me. Thats okay, I'm trying to watch my weight. She didn't charge us for the fries which seemed fair. And the bill was only $30. I would return as i enjoyed the food and give this restaurant a 7.5/10 or B rating. Yes there was trace amounts of blood in my stool...could be from drinking last night though.
My wife and i came in for some quick food and drinks everything came out perfect the bartender(Derek) was very friendly a little to flamboyant for my taste at times but overall a great experiance
Great food. The service is some of the best I've seen in a restaraunt. A little pushy on selling us stuff, but other than that, we loved it.
The food was really well made. Everyone ordered a different level of doneness to their burgers and every one was perfect. Salad bar was well attended to and kept very clean and full. Server wasn't the most attentive, seemed to forget we were there towards the end, but overall, highly pleased with quality of food received.
Went here as it was right next door to the Courtyard Hotel. I sat at the bar and the service the bartender proved was excellent. Atmosphere was nice, clean and quiet. My good came out within 15 min of ordering and everything was really good. The ribs were my favorite. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the area. Please hit the Like Button if this was helpful.
Awesome salmon, I just left there and the food is good but the plates are small and for the price it's not equaled out, I spent 20 bucks for two small chicken breasts scoop of mashed potatoes and zucchini and I left hungry, it is a fairly popular place being it very close to KCI and there aren't many restaurants unless you want to drive a little further but if you are out of town you really dont want to search for additional places to eat beings your not familiar with the area so overall it's ok for small plates and fairly high prices.
The service was great. Salad bar was well stocked, clean and very good. Nice selection of salads, veggies, fruits, dressings and vinaigrettes. The entrees we had were amazing. Best onion rings we've eaten in a long time. The fries are excellent too.
Easy access off of the freeway. Huge parking lot. Clean restaurant. We all enjoyed the endless salad bar for less than 10 bucks each. The salad bar had an incredible amount of things to choose from. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient. Good dining experience.
Was good! They have Margarita's special on Tuesdays 2x10.
They are known for there all you can eat salad bar. There food was delicious but there is only so much salad you can eat. My burger and friends steak were cooked perfect. I have eaten several times at this location and the food as been good every time.
Great atmosphere whether eating in dining out by the bar. Love their bourbon hickory dishes. The pulled pork sandwich is great, as well as the Californian turkey club. They have great sides and a good sized salad bar. We enjoy their infused teas and lemonades.
Service is always excellent.
We love the salad bar. It was well stocked and all the food was fresh. The service was excellent. We did the 3 course meal for $13 and we left full. We love this spot. The salad bar makes it a lighter but still filling dinner. We will keep coming back!
I was staying in a local hotel, and had some work to do, so I got a take-out order. It was as good as I anticipated - no disappointment at all. The girl on the bar very happily took my order, walked me through the options, and then gave me an ice water while I waited. Very pleasant, positive atmosphere, and great food.
