The drive through lady Nicole was very nice and polite and very patient while I was ordering. My experience here was awesome!! Ordered my food and it was ready immediately!!! I’d like to take the time to tell everyone at this kfc thank you for your hard working dedication to a fast and friendly service!!!

Wow - super fast service and friendly staff! I just pulled in your Drive Thru. The young man who gave me my food was very pleasant (I did not catch his name), and the young man who took my order (Richie) was superb. He spoke very clearly on the speaker (which I made sure to compliment), confirmed my order for accuracy and was very professional and kind when taking my payment. Well done, KFC managers! Of course, the food was on point.

People who know me know I love fried chicken. This particular location had good fast service. Employees were friendly and answered questions I had about the menu with common courtesy and made me feel like they were actually trying to help rather than just go through the motions. Menu is just like any other KFC. No issues with the food I ordered and noting was missing either. I would go to this location again.

This complaint is not about the workers, they were very nice but almost didn't want to give me a refund. But their store policy.. picture is their large gravy and their policy of $4.29 for an extra gravy. Almost makes me not want to patronize this place again. Realize businesses are raising prices but that price for a small portion of gravy is ridiculous.

Act like I was a bothersome for their own mistake when I went to pick up my order. I order online around 10:45 am and waited thirty minutes to head out for the pick up just to give the staff time to get the chicken ready. When I got there the food wasn't ready and the staff act like it was my fault for their mistake. They quickly got my chicken ready and just handed to me without saying sorry for our mistake or a simple smile. I can understand if it was busy but there was like three cars in the drive thru when I arrive there. Last time I go to this KFC.
