I understand everyone is understaffed. However, it takes 1 minute to say we'll be right with you. I walked in the employees looked at me, turn their backs and not one time acknowledged me. I blame management because your customer service is only as good as it's leader. The employees here need to learn good customer service skills!

Me and my family of 5 were greeted with cold, stale taco shells and chalupa shells.... spent 50 dollars... I understand it happens but you had to have felt the old taco shells in your hand before handing them off to be ate.... very rude staff got a refund but they weren't very professional about it

This is literally the worst Taco Bell i've ever been to. First off the wait time is really bad during the day, and even worst at night. Expect to wait a minimum of 20-30 mins in the drive thru. Staff is usually rude, and act like they don't want to help you. Also food is poorly wrapped, and usually thrown in the bag. I live in Kannapolis, but usually go to Concord or Charlotte for a quality Taco Bell.

Slow drive thru. Staff and managers need better pay. Staff get $11.00 an hour and managers $13.00. That is crazy. These people work hard for liw pay and yet smile and are still friendly.

regularly gets orders wrong, even simple things. came in once and there were three other tables besides us. not busy. drivethru was light. yet somehow 4 staff in the kitchen took a half an hour to make 2 tacos and 4 burritos then forgot the drink. this particular taco bell has the slowest staff I've ever seen.

I love this taco bell. The manager is awesome. They get my order right every time. The Doritos loco taco shells are broke 50% of the time. Sometimes they forget sauces too. But these 2 things are not enough to take away a star
