Acapulco Restaurant

I was in one of those everyday busy day. In the office. I decide to give it a chance to this restaurant. I call for an order. When I stop to pick it up I pay my order. Two Mexican ladies. Handle me my order and I saw the bag soaked. I and almost ready to fell apart. I take everything out. Apparently they just trow that sauce. Like. They didn’t want to pack the food the contained was open. And all the sauce. Around. I have to put it in a plastic bag Cause they didn’t even offer another bag. Or packing again I barely see customers I don’t know what’s they sanitation score. They don’t put chips and salsa to go. No much positive thinks I can say about this place. Sad cause I like encourage local business to grow. Asking nothing back but do the job right. Simple as that so. My dear people. You choice if you take a chance. to be disappointed. It’s of to you. I’m not recomended this place !

I have been here a few times and food was ok. Today I went and ordered steak nachos, the steak where tiny peice of beef chopped up no steak strips it looked like roast beef. These nachos had a ton of shredded cheese on top but no cheese or cheese sauce actually in the nachos. When I asked the lady at the front she said they dont put cheese sauce on it just shredded cheese on top. Every place I've ever ordered nachos from has cheese sauce. So I asked her for cheese dip and she said they dont have any. My thing is if you dont have all the ingredients to make something let the consumer know so they can make their own decisions.

I had some agua de Horchata and it was oversweet had some Torta de chorzio and honestly the meat was okay. They give you some queso dip and it was lukewarm. The waitresses didn't ask us if the food was okay or if we wanted some more water. Place is okay wouldn't really reccomend but everyone has different tastes.

Ordered 8 asada tacos and after picking up realized they gave pollo. When called to fix the problem, they argued about what I ordered even with 3 other people in the room confirming I never said chicken. The first time I ordered 8 tacos from them they gave 6 and argued I said 6 (but were charged for 8) and we let it go. The asada tacos that time were good but after two experiences getting it wrong and lying to our faces, we are done with this place.
