Waffle House

Went in for lunch/dinner this evening and ordered an All American and a Texas Patty Melt. The servers greeted me as soon as I entered and began on my order. They made sure it was how I ordered and the cook showed passion behind the grill. Nice little spot to enjoy some decent food. Everything was as expected.

I ate here today 11/13/21 First off I ordered 4 steak sandwiches and I was very specific on which ones had the sautéed onions and which ones didn’t my 5 year old wouldn’t eat and I took his food home and ordered 2 Togo’s cause I didn’t know why my son wouldn’t eat. The onions were raw which is a disappointment but when I got him I noticed in my Togo’s they just threw raw onions on the side of the plate again not cooked it says sautéed period and I just noticed raw onions in my sons after I specifically said no onions no wonder he wouldn’t eat 78 dollars and then 88 after tip I wouldn’t have topped or ordered a Togo to have onions thrown raw on the side To top it all off I ordered biscuits and gray to go and when I got home it was burnt sausage biscuits yuck don’t eat here

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Short staffed. Unable to order over the phone or online. Went into the store to order with a printed list and was told they couldn't read it and would not even allow it to be read to them to provide service. The most rudest service and staff I have ever encountered. Definitely disappointed & coming from out of town to enjoy a meal and can't! Will never visit this location again and we love the waffle House! So disappointed!

best service i’ve ever gotten anywhere! debbie is the sweetest person i’ve ever encountered. this is how service everywhere should be. debbie cared so much about what we needed and our drinks were full the entire time. i’m not sure what the cooks name was, he had a very welcoming face and attitude and made our food great! i’m usually not a fan of scrambled eggs but these were made perfectly!
