We both agreed it was best meal we’ve had in several years. She had the Faroe Island Salmon and I had the scallops. It’s clear there is real cooking taking place in the kitchen. Vegetables were cooked perfectly, sauces were on-point and plating was simple but impressive. Every bite was a treat. Principle might just be our new dining destination.

This place is excellent! High quality food prepared with highest quality west Michigan ingredients. We had the half chicken and mi trout, with the CHEDDAR BISCUITS and Grilled Halloumi as starters. This is upscale comfort food that doesn’t leave you regretting your food choices. The outdoor patio was serene, and it’s a great part of town. It’s a real winner. My wife also enjoyed a N/A Mocktail.

If you're looking for elegance and Adventure this is the place to go. You need to understand they are always creating new things. And unfortunately when this happens it's not always perfect but it is different. I have a lot of respect for the people who run this place. They really do come up with some original ideas. I brought my kids here and they liked it. They are kid-friendly. But this type of atmosphere is really not suitable for kids. We got the confit duck wings oh, and the squid. We ended up with the chocolate pudding and the cheesecake. Most things on the menu will not come out as you expect and that is the surprise. You might find out something about yourself that you might not like surprises. if you are someone who likes surprises this place is perfect. The thing that is in Vogue now is smoked drinks. One of the cool things they did was bring a flask that was smoked and left the smoke flask for me. See photo

This is a 1st class place to go for food and drinks. It is a elegant yet casual place that offers unique selections of dishes that were excellent. The smoked Sazerac was amazing and the presentation was really neat. They have a great selection of cocktails and brews. Bartenders were great and the food was delicious!

Young man waiter was excellent and he suggested a great drink. You feel like having tea or coffee. Lamb dish absolutely delicious. The only problem here is the light, you can't see the menu and actually the menu is terrible small to read. Overall everything is good.

This place was incredible. I have eaten many places and I am confident this was the best meal I’ve ever had. The wait staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Our food arrived timely and was DELICIOUS. I had the pork chop and it was divine. My dad had the steak and shared a similar sentiment. We also got the duck wings and a cocktail and all were incredible. I will be back and recommending this place to anyone looking for a great place to eat in KZoo!

Stopped in for drinks before dinner. Staff was above & beyond friendly, nice, & accommodating (we had a sleeping child in a stroller with us)! Excellent cocktails. Would’ve loved to try the food which looked great as well!
