Lazy. I've never met such lazy employees. Sitting in a chair at the first window, really? I had to climb halfway out of my truck window hand the employee my credit card just so she can comfortably remain seated in her chair. It's no wonder half of the employees are older and not very well off. Their poor work ethic put them there. So go ahead and read this review and disagree with me. Play the victim game like the rest.

Morning drive thru staff is great, after lunch it's all downhill. I would chalk it up to training the new staff but the competency of those training is very much lacking. Please note there is no partial payment option for mobile orders. After paying in the app and driving to pickup I was told I needed to pay an additional amount despite pulling up the order confirmation in my phone showing the mobile payment amount (which also showed up on the drive thru screen when they checked in the mobile order). After trying to show my confirmation receipt to the one training the new hire, she scoffed and said I was wrong, rolled her eyes and voided the mobile order. Never in the dozens of times I've used the app to order have I experienced an employee so rude at drive thru.

I mean, it's McDonald's. The kiosks are nice of you hate humanity and avoid all contact with people if possible, like myself. However, if you need a review to make your decision on if you should eat here or not, you have bigger issues in life than what my review can fix. Get a big Mac and hope for a McRib in the future. Be happy you aren't eating at. McRuskies or whatever they are in Russia now.

I have lived in Johnstown my whole life. This restaurant is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. They are rude all the time, I work in a fast food place myself and we will never rush a customer when they are ordering; there is a older lady at McDonald’s that if you say give me a second to decide she sighs then after anything you order “is this it” then tries to say the total before you even say you are done or not she has no patience. I get working at fast food is stressful but you can at least respect your customers no matter what they are buying your check. And when people ask for extra items on their food they mean extra not less, everytime I get extra condiments it’s always less than even normal, it’s not hard to read a screen and see what they say and if you mess up you own up to it and redo it if you catch that you made it wrong at Wendy’s we always will do so
