The power bowl looked like somebody ate some. Counter was filled with clutter. No forks in the dispenser. Had to wait a short while to get somebody to take my order inside. The floor was not swept up, I know it is winter and this is tough to keep up with. The food was pretty tasty though and it came out fairly quickly. I did see them cleaning the counter off a little while I was there.

Super irritated with this taco bell tonight. I ordered they asked for me to pull over so they can get my order together. No problem I wasn't upset at all.. Then the sweetest young man came out thanked me for my patience apologized for my wait which again I wasn't upset about it was a large order for a family of 6. He reassured me everything was in the box and told us to have a nice night. We get home and of course we are missing food and sauce. My husband calls them a young women tells him that he can come back and just get it for free? Firstly it's not free if in fact already paid for it. My husband tells her that we already paid and it's not in the box. He drives all the way back out there they give him the missing food no apologizes for the his inconvenience and still no sauce or napkins. Now I spent $$$ my hard earned money and my time making two trips. This is the second time we have visited this location and the second time our order wasn't right. Considering they make more hourly then most people in this area they should really focus on their customer service skills and if you're charging for food making sure it actually goes in the bag.
Thank you to the young man who was super polite about our wait he's the only reason you are getting three 🌟 stars.

Really friendly woman greeted us like 30 minutes before closing and we got 3 soft tacos and a quesdilla. They were quick and friendly. This location deserves some more love

My wife and I will dine in sometimes and everytime we do the staff is always crazy busy, I respect the grind as i worked for TB once upon a time. The manager seems to know what he's doing, he's definatly not new to the taco scene.

Just got home from a long night at work and stopped at tacobell on the way home. I asked for 2 chicken quesadillas and they charged me for it and I forgot to check before I left and got home to 1 quesadilla. Even worse he didn’t offer or give us our receipt so I had to go to the menu and do the math to see if they charged for both and they did. Now they won’t answer the phone and the website says their open til 12. So I’ll be calling again tomorrow or getting my quesadilla after work.😡

Customers coming in without masks and cashier not telling them that they need to wear one. Waited 20 minutes for two meals. I believe you pay more attention to the people in the Drive-Thru than the customers that are sitting waiting.

Their team is always super fast to finish my order and almost always accurate. If I ever have any issues (which is very rare) they're very quick to fix them. The team is also super friendly to interact with. The best Taco Bell location I've been to.

Enjoyed the food but left my hat on the table , from my car I saw a worker pick it up. No effort was made to return it to me
