27 minutes for a $3 bundle (double cheeseburger and fries) with a Diet Coke. 27 minutes. Thats not the worst... 1) 27 minutes for a $3 menu item 2) They firgot the fries...REALLY?! Its part of the thing I ordered! 3) And this is the big one...Manager that was expediting...yealls to the back..."I need Quarter pounders!" The response? "I HAVE A WHOLE SCREEN FULL OF F-YOUs up here!" (I took out the real word he used. I know staff is tough to find. But allowing that little punk to say that loud enough that the customers could hear it, just enabled everyone else there (your employees) to not only see treating you like that it is ok, but you also just allowed someone to dictate your outcome. I was embarrassed for you. This place gets it wrong 9 times out of 10. I typically do not reveal bad experiences at fast food restaurants. I get it. Staff is limited and of limited quality. But McDonald's needs to come grab this location by the throat and get it back to a very minimum standard.

What is it with this location undercooking food?? This is the THIRD TIME I have gotten a quarter pounder from this McDonald’s and the meat it red in the middle from being undercooked! Last time I called and was told “ya, you aren’t the first person to complain about that, bring the food back and we will give you a refund” Please fix this!!!

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Paid my money for a drink only. They continued to wait on everyone through the drive up while all of us in the lobby waited and waited for our food. Totally ignored us at the front counter once we ordered and were very rude. I left without my drink and without a refund. Don't waste your time here rude people terrible service.

Everytime we go to this location we go with low expectations, and we are always disappointed. From staff "cleaning" the ice cream machines during peak hours to even tonight we came by for a late night treat and the entire location was abandoned. Why are your hours posted until midnight if you aren't open until midnight? As a GM in the Hospitality business I can only say that this McDonalds needs change.

We went to get a simple sandwich and it’s not even the fact that it took 20 minutes but we were asked to pull up to the third window and we pulled up a little to far and we’re in the process of backing up and then Susan walks out and In the rudest most condescending manner says looks like the third window is right there!! Every time we go here you can see her frustrated with her team and is rude every single time. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that’s she 70 years old and working at a mc Donald’s or if she’s just miserable!! But to be in the position she is and constantly having attitude towards customers is not okay.

I decided to go again to see if the service hot any better got worse theres this worker names jack james and he was in the drive thru and my mom asked a question is the icecream machine working he said no and goodbye and we had to go in the machine was working they just didnt want to serve me even if people dont like you in this community still need to show respect to ur customers and the manager allows people that dont work there to go behind the counter when there not working and just good around on there phones and this girl with really long finger nails was making fooodthat should be a health hazard but theres 3 good workers I like but other ones are disrespectful and I will no longer go there. I don't want to or like being harassed buy workers that are off shift working there .
