I've gone through the drive thru several times before, and never had an issue. BUT... on my last visit, I ordered a whopper combo with cheese, pickle only. Wanted sweet tea as my drink, but none was available. I substituted with a milkshake. When I got my order, the milkshake was all milk, no ice cream. And my whopper had everything on it. So I went back through again. This time, the milkshake was all ice cream and no milk, and the new whopper still had mayonnaise on it. But I had no time to go through the drive thru again, because I had to get back to work. That singular ordeal was one of the worst food experiences I've ever had.

Placed an order at the Johnstown location through the burger King app. Went to pick up my order and the store was closed.. Why on earth can I place an order through the app if your location is closed??? Also, why on earth are you closed during dinner time on a Friday night??? What is management doing 🙄

I ordered a chicken sandwich to go and when I got home and took a bite I realized that the chicken sandwich was prepared as a fish sandwich. Tartar sauce and pickle! Aaaaachk! It was horrible! Thanks for nothing.

As fast food goes this is a good choice. The value of the food for the dollar is extremely reasonable and the staff seems to really try to make your visit pleasant. We ate inside and the food was hot and correct and tasty just like it should be. Clean dining room and restrooms.

This is truly the worse Burger King location I have ever ordered from. To begin, the lights on the menu were burned out so it was hard to see at night, after that, we ordered coke and the young kid gave us doctor pepper, then we arrive home to find out they have forgotten to put 2 kids meal and 2 French fries in our order, had to come all the way back to retrieve our food. Food was subpar, tasted like it was fried in old oil. Do yourself a favor and drive another 10 seconds and go to Wendy’s, much better food and customer service.

This location is always pretty quiet and fast. Staff doesn't seem to enjoy their jobs and mess up orders from time to time. But if you're in a hurry, this is your best fast food option in Johnstown.
