I'm not going to use the westmont location anymore. The last two times I went there I was disappointed. The sandwiches were very skimpy and when we used the ap the order was completely wrong. The employees were friendly but the quality of the food is more important. If you're trying to save your restaurant money by sacrificing quality you're going to lose more business.

came in with around 10 people for lunch today. the two employees were very nice and got all of our subs made so quickly. i think their names were anthony and chloe.

Got subs for dinner from here last night. Wasn't even 15 minutes from the time we got them home to eating and the bread was soggy all the way through, even without dressing. I made no mention of olives on my sub and somehow they made their way onto my sub. My husband's sub was supposed to be the melt... and it was not. It was just the regular version but charged at the melt price. We have been trying to call and talk to a manager, but the young female working seems to think it's funny and say different things like "Oh, she'll be here tomorrow morning around 9" or "Try calling tomorrow" while laughing in the background. So guess who is making a phone call to corporate... this girl! This particular restaurant sucks... needless to say, won't be going back to this one. Avoid this Subway at all costs!

The staff were very proficient, even being extremely busy worked together with precision getting our order out in amazing time. Very Impressive! Having said this, our sandwich was far less than satisfactory, less than one star. The chicken tasted old and tough, the bread hard for an inch or better on one end. Neither of us finished any where close to our 6 inch portion. Very disappointed!

I ordered online but the orders wouldn’t submit so I drove there to order at the drive in the the machine wasn’t working so I had to pull up to the window and order by mouth. They said they are short staffed and when I got my food I didn’t get the cookies I ordered and the drinks were watered down and tasted the same even though one was a lemonade and the other was a cherry coke. Two thumbs way down!

Ordered 3 subs. 2 were burnt and I let it go. I had asked for extra dressing and was barely given any dressing at all. She did two swipes and put the dressing back not even asking if that was good. I asked for a bowl of soup also and they told me they ‘forgot to make it this morning’. On top of that their cookies in the case were burnt. Overall the employee just seemed inexperienced and doesn’t really care, will definitely not be going back again as this is the second time with a bad experience at this restaurant.

I used to eat Subway a couple times a week because their subs taste good and are cheap. I noticed recently that the price of their subs has gone up. The cheapest sub they have is well over $6 for a footlong. Despite the increase it seems like the quality has slowly gone down.
