Qdoba Mexican Grill

So bad… my first time to do a review because it is that bad. First - the QR code for Free Queso took me thru multiple pages to no avail, I requested help..i received blank stares and no help…”umm ya those codes just haven’t been working” - no attempt by any employee to assist me. once in line, i stood for over 5 minutes - i was the only one in line - no greeting - only “did you place an order online?” when i responded “no” they kept doing what they were doing and ignored me. Once they did take my order - they served me from a dirty, mixed up station that was depleted - she literally drained one small scoop of tomato’s from pico, half a scoop of inedible steak (so chewy and fatty I spit it out - all of it, was not even warm) filled the entire bowl with cold rice. (ugh so gross) it is literally NOT EVEN WARM food. to top it off they forgot to put my queso (that i didn’t get for “free” as advertised) or guacamole with my bowl. Once i ate the guacamole…it was full of stringy, hard pieces of something - still not sure what i ate. and just to add to this - the dining room was full of messy tables - only a few available for seating - just a mess. I’m still sitting here wondering - what the hell? how does this place even have business? Can’t say i have ever been so dissatisfied or disgusted with a restaurant visit. Adding pics of all the QR nonsense i walked thru that was disorganized and unfruitful, and the random pieces of junk in my guacamole. Also - the multiple napkins full of spit-out steak - omg so gross and an uneaten bowl and wasted $13. Do better. i am embarrassed for you. and trash cans - overflowing 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. gross.(pic added just because) my entire meal was thrown away.

A homeless gentleman entered the facility, another patron offered to buy his meal and the staff, specifically a young, tall, thin, man with blonde hair was extremely kind, and attentive to the homeless gentleman. The staff was super kind to the rest of us as well. I was impressed at the level of kindness and professionalism displayed today as sadly we don’t see it as often anymore. Nice job!

The guy making the impossible meat didn’t wear gloves also didn’t season the meat, the whole restaurant was filthy, food that look like it had been there for days and liquid on the floors. I told them about the liquid but they did nothing. The boys were just sitting there looking bored with nothing to do. I own a restaurant and if my place looked like that with lazy employees I’d want to know. So this is me letting you know you need employees with more work ethic. We’re Not coming back!

This Qdoba is in need of a QC check because it is far below standard. The prep station was filthy, the food looked old, the soda machine was dirty as was the floors and much of the place. What's worse, there was a piece of plastic string in my burrito bowl. I asked the manager about it and she seemed to know where it came from as if plastic particles in the food was common. I was refused a return on my purchase and offered a free entree coupon instead.
