This visit was not so good. I ordered a Big Mac on the app. Meat patties were dry and barely warm. Bun was tough as though it had been microwaved and then sat for a while.
I ordered tomato on it for $0.40 and was supposed to get 4 sliced of Roma tomato. I got one slice.
Terrible disappointment.

There very nice and get my order right, with all of the McDonald’s I’ve went to so far in this town. This one is one of the best.

25-minute wait in the drive-thru with two cars ahead of me, cold fries, no straw, Filet-O-Fish sandwiches that were rock hard, and I-hate-my-job attitude from staff. I'm done here.

My family visited the McDonalds located on Galleria drive in Johnstown Pa this evening. There was a sign on the door stating Dining Room Open. So we parked and I helped my disabled wife out of the car a walked her to the door. It was locked…so much for dining room open. Apparently the owners don’t care much about their customers. I won’t ever spend a dime at this McDonalds again, dining room open, or not.

Katie was phenomenal. the sweetest worker in the whole store. she made sure I was satisfied even when I showed up 5 minutes before they closed and didn’t even realize. She deserves a raise and employee of the year. my experience was amazing thanks to katie.

Very sloppy and unprofessional..worst McDonald's I've ever been to...this is my reciept....my small fry only had half the amount in them that's suppose to be..wasnt even the normal amount of ketchup on hamburger let alone extra...the pies didnt have time stamps on them to even know if they were expired...pretty sure they were they were cold n she never got them out of the pie heater so they obviously were setting out...my drink had to be made twice bc she put caramel all over it n thought it was ok...its a mocha, suppose to be all chocolate...n lastly...the whole crew looked sloppy n unprofessional...not one had their shirt tucked in n the one had a shirt on that was 5 sizes too big, looked like a damn dress....n she also had some zip up hoodie on on top of that n clearly wasnt a mcdonalds jacket....I will never be back
