They were to concerned about making stock pretzels for there showcase than making an order for a paying customer. Told us it was going to take 30 mins for 2 orders of hotdogs bites.

The prices have gone up just like most things but they are still one of my favorites!! Love the original pretzel with cream cheese and the mini wrapped hotdogs are to die for

Got there at 7:20 and apparently they were closing down. I went to a different store and they said they close down whenever they feel like it

When I had started my order, the cashier working/taking our order was very rude. We had tried to describe one of the pretzels and she had gotten smart with us instead of helping us correctly identify it. When we had gotten our cheese dip it was really dark orange with water sitting on the top as of it was old.

Absolutely disgusted with the food. All very old in the showcase and wouldn’t wait two minutes to give us fresh pretzels. Gave me nasty old cheese, scrapped from the bottom of the pan and I told him I would have waited for fresh cheese please. And then forgot to give me my frozen lemonade. Absolutely horrible experience in the bottom auntie Anne’s. Store #127

I know this mall isn't thriving as it once did, but I had to wait almost 10 mins for someone to come out the back of this place to take my order.
