Mcdonald's

The only McDonald's I have been to that gets the order right every time. The issue is actually knowing whether you can get it; it sometimes feels like this location closes as soon as the sun goes down. I cannot trust the business hours posted to Google, or even the app, and have to physically go to the store to confirm whether they're open. That being said, friendly workers and good service here. I have eaten inside before, and, while there have been several tables needing to be cleaned every time I have gone in, the location, like all other businesses these days, seems continuously busy and understaffed. Coupled with the fact that there are still definitely a few clean tables to eat at (meaning that they will still get to the tables when they can), this has never been an issue for myself.

Terrible customer service, rude employees. No one bothered to greet any customers while I was there. The Hot Fudge sundae I ordered was more like icecream with chocolate sauce on it which is not the same. The boy who made it just slammed it on the counter and walked away, he never said an order #,, I had to ask someone else if this was supposed to be my order, i was never offered a spoon,, and there were no spoons to be found, then finally a young girl brought one to me, and even she seemed to have an attitude. This is not the customer service I am used to at McDonald's. I was very disappointed with my sundae and their customer service.

We came to get a chicken sandwich and they gave us a spicy chicken and not only that but we specifically asked if the sauces were in the BAG and this lady says yes but they werent in there. and this is not the first time something like this has happened the rest of the staff was sweet and understanding but the lady idk her name was rude

1st time at this McDonald's and walked out without ordering. Noone even acknowledged us or the man behind me. We all stood there for what seemed like forever. 3 people working drive through, one cleaning windows and Noone up front. After about 10 minutes I asked was anyone gonna help us. The girl just rolled her eyes and turned back around. The man behind me walked out. I asked for corporates number. The girl on drive thru asked us she could help, I said yes I need your corporate number and store number. She huffed and walked off. I said never mind I will get it myself and walked out. Rude and very unfriendly.
