This place is nasty. We ordered biscuits that were hard as hockey pucks, the cheese was nasty, and tasted old- the sodas had no syrup it was just like soda water and the bacon didn’t taste like usual McDonald’s bacon. This was the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.

Decide to grab some breakfast after getting fuel from Loves. Egg McMuffins were hot and flavorful as they're supposed to be. Waiting inside after ordering took longer than a regular McDonald's visit, and drive thru was very busy.

I went during the morning and ordered two cheeseburgers meal. I was told to pull up to wait for my food to be cooked. I waited about 5 minutes. When i received my order the fries were fresh but the cheeseburgers were cold and only had ketchup on it. I travel often and would NEVER eat here again!

McDonald's has really gone downhill. This one at the Loves Truck stop in Jasper is beyond belief. Can't order special deals that are advertised on TV unless you download the app. TV commercial didn't say anything about the app. Then order was incomplete. Had to wait twice as long to get the order. Then had to wait to ask for condiments. The manager, well she was just rude.

Epic fail, kids meal, plain cheeseburger means you want just meat and cheese with a bun. Kids meal means you want the entire meal including the toy! After all that's probably the most expensive part of the meal. Medium French fries means you order and expect a med. French fry. Not a tiny kids meal bag. :/ 🤔

I go to this location every morning to get two Diet Cokes and something to eat. The servers are so nice. I appreciate that.

I will not be back there sorry service wait at the drive thru almost 10 minutes when I got up to menu were closed come in then when I went inside wait 30 minyto get a McChicken bundle.Saw a employee digging inside his ear didn't go wash his hands how nasty.i told other worker don't let him touch my food I saw what he did.That was so 🤢

Get their app. It's fantastic!!! We don't go that much and I ve already received enough points to get free meals!!! That's amazing!!! Usually my apps. Don't amount to much, I always feel like I'm doing the work but never getting anything in return, it's the other way around with this one!!!!
