I was just there for Lunch and it was very good and the service was very wonderful and the server she was excellent .

I forgot that Steak and Shake changed their inside venue - so that the customer walks up to the cashier and orders first. But the service is still good. A server delivers to the table.
I love the chili Mac 5 ways. I'm not sure that it tastes like traditional chili but it doesn't taste like spaghetti either. All that cheese onions and extra flavors explodes in your mouth and bonus the noodles fill you up.
Shakes are still amazing and have that homemade taste and as always, brewed ice tea in a 32 ounce cup - I love it!
They moved across the street but still great service and drive thru!
There was a mistake when I ordered, I think my car may have been too loud so they misheard my order. But they were very helpful when I mentioned it and without any trouble they fixed my order and sent me on my way.
Great experience every time. Went inside in a while since the start of covid-19 restaurant restrictions. They are fully operational with safety precautions and everyone wearing masks.
Now, the food was delicious, but slightly overpriced. Not sure why, but if you know the answer, a response would be much appreciated.

Steak n Shake Jacksonville original franchise food was great less than 10 minutes to table food was hot and fresh milkshakes here are made w real ice cream and milk still great flavors. Really enjoyed our lunch today.
