Our server was so sweet I loved everyone about her . Me and bae were already drunk at this point and she made sure we were okay and the food was great too!
Great food and convo at Southbank Johnnie's. I had the Brisket French Fried onions over gatlic toast fries and coleslaw. Great Atmosphere in Southbank Hotel.
Beautiful bar, in a nice hotel lobby. Small food menu, delicious chicken caesar salad. Pretty full bar selection, lots of local brews, and Ken was fantastic!
Southbank Johnnie’s has an amazing atmosphere in a unique atrium lobby, with a beautiful bar setting, amazing food, and to top it all off they have live piano music. This is a great place to make weekend plans.
On the hunt for a good Old Fashioned in downtown Jax, stumbled into the Lexington Hotel on the southbank. Tiffany the bartender was great! She asked me my name and introduced herself, the rest of the time I was there, she called me by name. The drink was perfect. She mixed the bitters, with a sugar packet and some juice from the cherry - I don't like it when they muddle the actual fruit, it gets chunks of fruit in your drink - it was all done so right. The topper was that it came with a large gentleman's cube instead of that bunk ice that most places serve an Old Fashioned in! Could not have been more impressed. If you prefer craft beers over bourbon, all of their draft beers are from local Jacksonville breweries!! I will definitely be making this a regular stop.
Had a great experience at Southbank Johnnie's. I was disappointed that they closed earlier than advertised on the website. Please fix your website because several people were upset.
