Absolutely love this Subway!! The lady that runs this store is soooo awesome and very nice. She always has a smile on her face!! What a wonderful person! Y'all stop in for lunch sometime at this Subway!! You will love it!! X
This is our favorite fast food restaurant! The new owner has learned our menu choices, states it to us to make sure we don't have any changes to it, then tells the food preparer exactly what and how to prepare our food. Nothing real special, but all orders are individually prepared! Sometimes we eat there, but most often we carry our food home to eat. We have no complaints here! However, I do have a request. I would love it if the stems were removed from the spinach! They are too bitter for me, but that is the only green leafy vegetable that is served here that doesn't upset my stomach. The service is very friendly and quick! You are always met with a warm welcome and always asked to come again soon! The owner usually asks about our health, is genuinely interested and listens intently. She normally responds with something encouraging and sweet! I recommend her Subway Sandwich Shop whenever and to whomever I can!
Always so pleasant & welcoming. Very clean. The owner even gave me a business card with her # on it for me to send in an order with. So that it was ready for pickup when I got there. Everything fresh! I will continue to go to this subway

We are always very happy and satisfied with everything at Subway! The owner at the Beach Blvd. Subway, close to Emery St., is a very good friend! She remembers our orders, even when we don't go for a few months at a time! We pray her business is very good to and for her! God bless her!
Very friendly and fast. Sub was wonderful. Only down side is that I didn't have any cash to leave a tip. Usually I can leave it when I use my card. Also the place was very clean.
This is the best Subway that I've been to in Jacksonville Southside area. Very clean and well maintained! I had to travel from Phillips Hwy area to this location for the best! Unbelievable customer service. She didn't skimp me on the meat and it LOOKS just like the PICTURE; which is how a sub should be. 5*** all the way. Great experience.
Staff is wonderful. The people here learn the names of all the regular customers and go out of their way to help out. They worry about you if you haven't been in for a while and genuinely treat you like friends who came over for lunch instead of customers
The family that runs this place are some of the most honest and polite people I've ever met. I took my disabled Aunt to lunch one day here. My aunt had an envelope with over a thousand dollars in it, and accidentally dropped the damn thig on the ground and we left not realizing it. We came back and she had found it and she gavvit back to us with not a dollar missing. If that not a window into their character idk what is.
This location does not accept coupons so the corporate mailers are no good here. Seem to be quite cheap on the vegetables too. Just ask for more! They more than make up for any short comings with friendly and caring customer service.
I've been going to this subway for a year now. The same nice workers and always have a smile on their face and will bend backwards for you to provide quality subs the way you like it. This is the best subway I have been too.
