The Management team & Staff are very professional and courteous. We had a very pleasant experience on each visit. The store is clean & inviting. My food is fresh & hot. The Service here is better than most of the fast food stores on Dunn Ave.

Although I ordered fast food, the food was delicious. The stuff was so friendly and helpful. The food was still hot when I arrived home. The Fries and Nuggets were crispy.

We just had lunch at this location. Marlo, the cashier went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of after an honest mistake with our order by the sandwich maker. She ensured that it was quickly corrected and she brought the corrected item directly to me. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Twice at drive thru... Order correct and fresh food each time. Best Burger King I've seen in a long time. Especially in Jacksonville. Keep up the great work!

Haven't been to a Burger King in a while and had the urge for a Whopper today. So glad I went to this location because the service was awesome. The one in Jacksonville on Dunn Avenue has the best service. Mr. Bill Thomas and staff were wonderful. This location was clean and the food was fresh and hot. I am a person who loves great service and this location didn't disappoint. If I'm in the area again, I will be back.

You'll be treated like a king here! I got a warm greeting coming in. Delicious food that's affordable. And a freaking crown to wear while I eat. Yes I'm a full grown man!

The service this morning was the fastest I've had from them in a long time. The food was good. My son loves crosandwiches. We got the $5/2 meal. The clerk gave us the deal without having to use the coupon. OJ no upcharge since they were out of fruitpunch. She forgot to give me sugar and cream for my WEAK WATERY coffee. The coffee was such a disappointment. This was one of their better days. Usually they're slow and messing up orders. Update 10/1/23 12:52pm That crew today had my food tasting like a slice of heaven. My order was 100% accurate, hot, and timely. I have no complaints just all compliments. I hope they keep it up, bc this crew set the bar.

The crew here are amazing!!! On my way back to Charlotte and stopped here for a quick lunch. Computers were down but were still able to take our orders quickly. Food was hot and fresh. The members here were so polite and personable. The manager on duty and one of the cashiers checked up on us to make sure our food was good. And the man who was cleaning the floors made sure that the lobby was clean. I have been to 100’s of burger kings in my life and this probably my favorite one.
