Compared to Blanding (Jefferson and Kingsley) they BK is rocking it. The employees may not go all out like some places, but they are friendly enough. There is a functional menu for the drive through. The line moves decently along. The food was hot and made correctly.
This specific BK must be under new management, because I've had multiple great experiences here where, on different occasions and with different staff, i enjoyed great service and quality food.
BK isn't what it used to be, but this location is good. I've been going back at least once a week for a few months.
I believe, there is a lot to say for a fast food restaurant, that will serve good food and service 10 minutes before closing. This was my second time having an impossible whopper. This was my first time having the impossible whopper from this store. I was not asked if I wanted the burger on the grill or the microwave. It was a bit dry, so I believe it was in the microwave. The toppings where ok. I will say both times the burger & toppings where swallowed up by the buns. I adjusted the buns for my pictures. I was glad my fries where hot and fresh as well as the young lady at the window was professional and kind. That is super important to me.
Remember when Burger King use to be #1. Say hello to this location. Always correct and should be the industry standard!
The restaurant was somewhat clean.
It was a bit uncomfortable when several (I'm assuming management) was sitting in the corner, and the employees were yelling across the dining area about whether or not they should do certain tasks.
The meat patties were super dry as if they'd been sitting for a while.
The manager (supervisor) on duty was directing the employees to do their jobs nicely and with the upmost respect.
