I have tried all 3 locations in Jacksonville, FL. This is by far the best location. The Atlantic location has the freshest chicken. I have visited several times and the chicken was always fresh and not dry. Thank you to the chefs/cooks you are doing a great job. I have to past 2 locations to visit the Atlantic location. I have never regretted the drive. Thank you for caring about your job. Thank you again.

OMG! This is the sleeper of fast food! The service was incredible. I told Blaisha that I was doing low carb (because I have a tendency to overshare 😂) and she went back and got me three sauces that were low sugar that I could try with my grilled chicken! It was the best day ever! I love good sauce and nice people. She is also very knowledgeable about the menu.
The chicken comes in two large breasts and is better than chic fil a. Just more juicy, tender and better spiced…and you get two chicken breasts and a salad for less than $10!!
Please go and tell me I’m wrong. They are doing it right! I have now been twice in two days. Thank you, Blaisha!

The manager, Natalie, at this Pollo Tropicale was so helpful with helping fix a problem with gift cards that I had purchased from another Pollo Tropicale. Natalie was kind, understanding and patient. She was able to get my gift cards to work (thank goodness I had saved the receipts). My order was filled appropriately, the staff cooking seemed happy and friendly....what more can I say. I will come back to this Pollo Tropicale even though I must pass another one to get to this one.

Staff seemed new and had some issues properly entering orders, but the staff was super friendly. Also the restaurant was bright and clean. The food was great. My coworker couldn’t stop commenting on how much better this food was than he had at the Miami location he went to the week before.

Best service I’ve received from a fast food place in years. Attentive and friendly, made sure they rang up what I wanted. They made a fried chicken sandwich fresh for me and I even saw them check to make sure it was cooked through.

First time at this location. Service was good and my tropichop bowl was delicious. Was out of mango habanero sauce so I tried the cilantro sauce instead and it was good.

I placed two orders through drive through and the lady was super polite and patient with me. The food was delicious. They weee out of a sauce I like but they had others. The employee was wonderful she was a young Hispanic girl and I went in on Saturday early afternoon.

Awesome place great food will be happier when indoor opens. They really look out for veterans. I love this place. They make sure you are happy when you leave there. Just be happy when they open the dining area

Food was a little bland and meat a little dry. It was fresh and you could taste a little flavor on chicken. May have been rushed due to rush hour seeing it was noon. Would try again.

deliciosa... love the food. They offer sauces now, wow nice! Back in the day, particularly in Miami, there were no sauces. I ordered the 1/2 chicken with corn and yellow rice, yummy!
