I order a special order roll just about every sushi place I visit. The customer service was great, the scenery was upbeat and my sushi roll was amazing!! A roll I have ordered many times, tasted completely different but yet the absolute best sushi roll I have ever had!

Amazing place to eat. Appetizers were delicious, customer service was wonderful server was nice, polite and quick. Food was well priced for the size of the meal. We underestimated how much food we were getting which is a positive. The inside is beautiful, has a warm mood. 10/10 we will be back.

This is definitely my new lunch spot! I have two favorite sushi spots in Jax- one in Oakleaf and the other on Roosevelt. I have to tell you Sushi Factory has made my top three! The food was great and the price even better! I will definitely return!

This is a nice place to grab some sushi if your near Butler Blvd and Phillips highway. It wasn’t very busy when I went in there. Staff did a good job. Food was excellent. I was impressed with the wide variety of menu items.

This is literally the best sushi in Jacksonville the food is amazing it is so fresh and good the portions are huge the prices are so cheap this place is phenomenal I will never go to another sushi place again if you get the chance eat here you will not be disappointed in quality quantity or price trust me nowhere beats this place is truly amazing

Been to many places that serve food like this. This place has a very similar menu and spread but it has, for lack of a better word, more. Similar but has little tweaks to each thing to make it subtly different. It's good. Very good

The sushi was fantastic. The wait staff needs to not be so overwhelming wanting to help. They did nothing wrong but there is a line from staring at me to wait for me to finish my food to takeaway my plate and being polite and seeing it empty. Nothing against them just a training issue. Also the food is so good it doesn't matter about the service.
