Just left from there about 40 mins ago! Really appreciate the gentleman who still took my order when I felt bad for being there a when they closed. I felt welcome and the place was very clean. Since I’ve moved to Jacksonville a majority of the pita pits have been closing due Covid which does not help the business. The food is amazing and was done very quickly. The gentleman who made my food was very polite and awesome. The food came out great and look forward to my next visit!

This is my favorite place to eat in downtown Jax. Staff are super friendly/helpful, the meals are inexpensive compared to other places downtown, and literally any of their pitas can be made as a salad with generous proportions. I could literally eat here everyday and not get tired of the food.

This is the best spot in downtown to get fresh meals on the go. This Pita Pit has the friendliest staff, I am always greeted with a smile and service is always quick.
Highly recommend as a catering option for small office lunches. Thanks Pita Pit for a great lunch, every visit.

Phenomenal customer service from Andy Patel and his superior staff! Had a gyro on wheat with spinach and the usual sauce, made fresh to order with a bag of chip, and an awesome mango protein smoothie; to top it off!

Like the food they have great sandwiches. I would recommend this place to eat anytime. Fresh meat and veggies with a great atmosphere. I go there about twice a month I would go more but I live on the southside of town. Pita Pit is one of the best lunch spots in downtown Jacksonville. Great food, great service, and no telling who you'll run into. Highly recommend.

Soft and fresh pitas filled with meat, chicken, or veggies. You can order 6" or large. I enjoyed my Gyro, but meat was meager (2 small slices)for the price. Ofcourse you can pay for "extra" meat.
After paying, stay on line to choose the veggies and condiments to add while you wait.
Limited seating inside is very close to order line but outside seating is also available. Otherwise service was good and relatively fast. You can call ahead if you're in a rush.
Sign at cash register "What's the opposite of pita? A tip". Lol

I wish I could give even more stars than 5. We were welcomed with warm greetings and smiles! Staff was so nice and owner helped us while we were in. He was a pleasure to talk to! The food was fresh and delicious and I was so pleased we could each customize our pitas to our liking! We also got to try this locations special banana/Nutella/mashmellow pita for dessert and it was also awesome!!! I highly recommend for a healthy and reasonably priced lunch! :) We will be back!

I loved it!! It was my first time going, and it has very competitive prices. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable, and the place was neat and clean. The owner and staff were friendly and welcoming, explaining anything you wanted to know. Also, the food was very fresh and tastful, along with a decent amount of drink options. You can't really go wrong with food options either! All in all, I had a fantastic experience at Pita Pit.
