Been coming here for years, this is the best subway in Jacksonville. All the employees here have great attitudes and always make picturesque sandwiches.
This particular subway location is my favorite! The guys that work there are so nice and you can tell they care about their customers. They always greet everyone with a smile and they get my order perfect every time.
Food is good. Some of the staff leave much to be desired. One worker especially acts like everything is an imposition, I.e xtra mayo or adding points to your card. If I wasn't with my 80 yo mother who wanted a sub I would have walked out after the second huff from this employee.
It was very busy here last week on my visit. Even though the staff were rushed off of their feet they are always pleasant in service. They were having a particularly difficult day with some language barrier problems with the people in front of me so the queue was building up but they still delivered a great lunch for me and my friends!
This is the best visit to any subway I’ve had yet Chuck was very friendly and on point on making our food very courteous and definitely helped my me to feel to come here again and again thank you chuck for an amazing subway visit not to mention his first time ever hearing my order to know that such a thing could exist he made it so perfectly ☺️☺️☺️☺️😍😍😍
The staff is extremely pleasant and truly the food is fresh. They go out of their way to treat my mom's Thursday morning church crew special. When I want a sub, this is MY location.
Very nice food, but hard to find. It is tucked in there, so if you are looking without Google Maps, then you may be lost. Crew is short, yet the 2 are nice. Other than that, an overall 4 star Fast Food Store.
Lady working behind the counter was by herself and slammed but she was very nice and worked as fast as she could to get us all out of there quickly!
Great service and tasty subs made right and quickly
