Patty melt was delicious and fries were great not soggy or anything and I had a chocolate malt it was better than an ice cream shot I had earlier. My wife had a mushroom and Swiss burger that was so juicy and the onion rings were perfect. The customer service was great definitely visit again

I had the Bacon Avocado Burger and it was delicious! The staff was very attentive and curtious. Wish we had one of these back in Maryland.
On the drive back from Miami to Atlanta I planned a stop somewhere in the Jacksonville area for a Whataburger stop. Although we have some recent openings in Atlanta, they are not convenient. And, I perodically enjoyed their burgers on a long vacation out west a few years back.
We had a couple of Whataburgers a Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger, and onion rings. Really hit the spot. The burgers were well dressed, the onion rings were great! Service was very good as have been all of my experiences with Whatburger. It's fast food. But, sometimes it fits your schedule and budget when traveling. A very good value compared to other similar fast food offerings.

Typical atmosphere for Whataburgers but the done in area is a bit smaller than new buildings. The staff was prompt and helpful for multiple requests. They forgot a key item in my order but they attended to it immediately. The food is good Whataburger meal you appreciate at every restaurant. Interior is clean as is the bathrooms. I will return to this location if in the area.
Came in today while visiting Jacksonville. We ordered a triple Whataburger entree only, cheese Whataburger meal, and a honey bbq chicken tender sandwich sub Buffalo sauce for the honey bbq. Food came out fast and was brought to our table. The fries were so hot and fresh and so good. 10/10 the staff was friendly as well. Lots of people in the store but the staff did very well
Not bad , but really slow to get food , food was good they needed to clean up a bit and they need more staff it seems to be struggling to get food out
Wish there was whataburger in Tampa. I heard they used to have it but it flopped ! I feel now they would do well with how the population has exploded. I’m from the west coast where in n out it Kingz. What a burger is the best we got out here for these kind of novelty burger joint chains! Service here was great. The cashier was friendly. Store and bathroom was clean. No complaints 🙌🏽
It was a great stop on a long drive the people were nice they brought a huge plate of sauce to pick from the kids meals are good size the onion rings are great and so are the fries
Doing a job in Jacksonville, woke up this morning and searched for nearby places to grab breakfast. I saw Whataburger and about lost it. I used to live in Texas and Whataburger is one of the places I missed the most. The person that took drive thru order was cheerful and pleasant esp for 6:30 am. I ordered the infamous Whataburger with fries and a soda. I enjoyed every bite and will be going back for lunch!
I was on Vacation and we decided to try whataburger while we waited to check in our hotel. I got the whataburger with lettuce and onions, mustard and pickles and it was pretty good! I ended up going back before we left to take one for the road.
Cashier service was excellent! I felt confident about my order to the fullest. The working team all had good personalities. Fast, friendly, accurate. I have a family size of 6. So, I count on my order made right. I like when people make you happy to want to return. Double meat burgers, and spicy chicken sandwiches are among the favorites to have for dinner.
Man I dont want to put my neck out as a fast foodie but for the first time in years I tried myself some Whataburger and dang it was a solid little burger on the fly. Nice thickness and seasonings on the beef, freshness to the veggies, and softness to the bun that you don't find at Micky D's or Wendy's. Definitely a slice above joints like that. Well done.
