Update October 2023: The cleanliness of the restaurant has gone down quite a bit, but the food continues to be good.
Having visited a good number of locations in Florida, I can say with certainty that this one is a very good location. The food quality is consistent, the service is friendly and efficient and it is fairly clean. But best of all, the amount they serve in the bowls is pretty good, compared with the fasting portions that I have seen in other locations such as Orlando or Palm Beach. I come here regularly and never disappoints.
We placed an order through DoorDash and the meal was stolen. We decided to go to the store and see what could be done and they remade our order and informed us on how to get our DoorDash credit! We’ve never had an issue with this location and the customer service we received regarding this situation was just immediate! I highly recommend this Chipotle as the staff is AMAZING and they are fair with the portions.
Sam, I believe the shift manager, noticed a guest cut in front of us in line and was so apologetic and gracious. She is an amazing example of customer service and has ensured our return.
I like Chipotle. And this location does a great job. It's great when you can expect the same exprrience at different locations. It's in a great location in Town Center. Perfect place to stop and grab some dinner on the way home.
