Update: I'm not sure why they still have not opened indoor seating. It's hard to go here when the only place to sit is outside and that is limited to a small space. I took my son and they were having a staff meeting. The manager kept almost belittling her workers and telling them everything they can not do. I felt it was rather unprofessional to have this type of conversation with customers present. She also made a point to tell her workers to 'watch portions' while serving.. so if you end up getting less ice cream than you're used to, it might be management advised them to do just that. With a wide variety of ice creams and add ins this is a great dessert option for both kids and adults. Their sizes are like it (small), love it (medium) and gotta have it (large). I will say their kids size and like it size are basically the same thing with the same amount of ice cream and you save money by just ordering the kids. They change their flavors and add new ones depending on seasons and holidays. The employees are friendly and its never too busy. My daughter loves the big bear at the entrance and always has to stop and hug it before she leaves. It has become a regular stop on weekends whenever the kids need a sweet treat.

Cold Stone Creamery is good, they never disappoint. My wife loves this place. It is one of her favorite places to get ice cream. No matter which flavor or combination you create their ice cream is on the sweeter side but it's good.

Yummy ice cream! So good, that "ice cream beards" are made here! The crew mixes in toppings and flavors and prepares shakes with fresh toppings. The Creamery is in-house, so you get the freshest flavors! Don't forget to tip your server. They hustle to keep that line moving and create custom cones and cups just for you! 😋🍦

I just bought a birthday cake here and holy cow it was definitely the best place I could have gone!! The customer service was AMAZING. The woman explained every single flavor and topping very politely and which ones were their best sellers. I told her I considered going to another competitor and she didn’t say a single negative thing about them. She was so positive but I am extremely happy that I went here instead of anywhere else. They personalized the cake for free too! We’re going on o have the best birthday ever! Thank you 🎂 ❤️ 🍪

The ice cream and the service was good but it was quite expensive. There are other ice cream shops with lots of options and good quality for cheaper.

I was so glad they were open this early. Great selection, my kids were thrilled. Clean location and the staff was kind and patient. It cost $20 for 3 kids cups 🥴 and there was no indoor seating. Sitting outside caused the ice cream to melt so they didn’t even finish it.

Way too expensive in my opinion. Was charged 2 medium specialities plus extra dollar for ice cream ??? Do like how they mix ingredients in the ice cream before they put in containers.

I only have two issues. NAPKINS. $50 for ice cream and then no napkins around the outside area or around the store. And the ones by the register are paper thin. You need about 30 of them for a "like it" ice cream. Secondly. When you come in theres no "hi how are you" from the staff which is kinda uninviting and leads to a not so welcoming environment. However the ladies who are usually there are always very patient. Which is greatly appreciated by someone like me with multiple kids.
