Food and service has always been GREAT!!! Love the fries with light Cajun seasoning and boy do they load the bags with fries!!! Keep up the WONDERFUL service!!!

Very good burgers and hand cut fries! My only complaint is the price. We got 2 of their 'little burgers' and 2 regular French fries for $30. Even though the quality is good, that is still just too expensive.

Depending on who is working, the service may suffer a bit, but mainly the staff is awesome and helps make the experience awesome. I believe their burgers are on another level.

This location is by far the best in Jacksonville/Orange Park area. Not only is the restaurant kept clean & the food fresh, but the staff is top tier hands down. They are beyond sweet and courteous and they always make me & my son feel welcomed. My son is autistic and a bit high on the spectrum and sometimes makes lots of noise. The staff never complains or give annoying stares, I see nothing but understanding smiles and patience. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE there is awesome and always make us feel comfortable. They even give him extra fries because they know he loves them so much. I love how friendly the staff is ☺️

Great food, but very expensive. Only issue I really had was that nothing comes in a combo. Everything is separate prices. Including fries and a drink. And all those are over $6 a piece. All in all, if you don't mind the price, thier food is phenomenal.

So expensive but it is always great food. No one compares to these burgers or Cajun fries. If you have never eaten her before inhigly recommend it. Just don't plan on doing anything for the rest of the day! Lol. This location was friendly and their food is excellent as every other location I have visited. A+
