My wife and I enjoyed the food. The customer service was okay. The waitress was spread kind of thin working several large groups. The wait to be seated only took about 3 minutes. The bar was very packed. And everyone was enjoying themselves! Our food came out in sections and not whole, what I mean is drinks came then my wife's dinner side salad, her meal then appetizers, then my meal, and lastly my wife's fajita bread.😵 Overall the place was clean the staff was over worked and I wouldn't recommend going here right after work on a Friday. What can you say about chili's? That hasn't been said before the food is great. The service idea with a girl that has like pinkish reddish hair. I keep forgetting her name the sweetest girl. She's like the best best server I've had in a very long time. I'm always happy when I go there
I ordered a half stack of ribs. They were actually dry but had decent flavor. The Mac and cheese was pretty good. My wife got the Cajun Chicken Pasta. I tasted it. It was better than my meal. I would definitely order the pasta over the ribs next time. Our server was great! Very attentive and personable.
This is one of the better Chili's locations in the Jacksonville area. The staff are all very friendly. The food comes out fast and us always hot.
My experience coming here has been great! I always get the Cajun chicken pasta which is so tasty. And the honey chipotle boneless chicken wings are also really good. I order online so my food is usually ready to go when I arrive. Sometimes it’s not ready but it’s when it’s on a Saturday or Sunday so it’s to be expected. Portions are good and my meals are fresh. Plenty of parking.

The waitress didn’t put my martini in a nice martini glass, she put it in a regular beverage glass
We had a great lunch and really great food and our server Lee was awesome always smiling and ready to get what you need and make you comfortable and have your food and drinks when you need them. Thank you for a great afternoon I had a awesome lunch.

For appetizers order the triple dipper which let's you taste three of them for the price of one.
Quesadilla was bland, ranch dominated the flavor.
