I ordered a half stack of ribs. They were actually dry but had decent flavor. The Mac and cheese was pretty good. My wife got the Cajun Chicken Pasta. I tasted it. It was better than my meal. This is one of the better Chili's locations in the Jacksonville area. The staff are all very friendly. The food comes out fast and us always hot.
My experience coming here has been great! I always get the Cajun chicken pasta which is so tasty. And the honey chipotle boneless chicken wings are also really good. I order online so my food is usually ready to go when I arrive. Sometimes it’s not ready but it’s when it’s on a Saturday or Sunday so

Typical experience. Our server was attentive and friendly. Service time was acceptable. We had the Southwest Eggrolls. They are our go to appetizer. I had the Bacon Cheese Burger and Bowl of their Original Chili.

Good food and good service. I ordered my usual, Old Timer with Cheese and my husband the Triple Dipper. Both really good, except I think my fries could’ve been cooked a little bit more it was a bit soggy. Hence the four stars. I would recommend this place over the Chili’s on Atlantic.
