We always go there since they have opened. We have never had a bad meal or terrible service. The mgmt always stops by to see how we are. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Stopped in for lunch, got the bottomless soup and salad. Pretty great for less than $10! Rick was my waiter, and was super attentive, especially considering my cheap bottomless meal. Salads were good, soup was better. Bread and seasoned olive oil looked amazing, though I can’t eat it. When I told the server why I was dodging the bread, they actually made me a gluten free chicken soup. Bravo Carrabba’s, my tummy thanks you!

I ate here with family as a goodbye dinner after spending 6 1/2 weeks in Florida. The place was busy, since we went there on a Friday night, when everyone goes out with family and friends! For an appetizer, we were served bread and olive oil with lots of pepper flakes inside, as well as calamari with Marinara and Ricardo Sauces, both of which give the taste of the calamari, quite the kick! For my main course, I was served an enormous dish of fettuccine pasta with a rich and creamy sauce, which tasted quite toothsome, along with peas and mushrooms as a topping. Their menu is expansive; it’s four pages in length with a classy arrangement of entrees, sides, and drinks. Our server was truly accommodating and called us friends! When everyone around my table was served their Caesar salad (Except me, because I didn’t want one) my aunt had a funny-looking crouton, which was twice as long as all the others!😆😆🤣🤣 For dessert, I had some bread pudding which I couldn’t finish because it was so big! Also, the big scoop of vanilla ice cream was frozen solid like a rock! The portion sizes at this restaurant for too big, at least for me personally. Nonetheless, I will come here again some Friday or Saturday night, much closer to home. It’s a great place to talk with friends and family, and laugh together and have a grand ole’ time!
Nice Ambiance. Our waiter Brianna was very nice and attentive. Food was very good and tasty. We got Chicken soup and the first go round was cold, but they quickly fixed that. Overall a nice experience. Would give it a 3.5, but bumped to a 4.
I think in today's world people are quick to criticize and few to compliment. We ordered take out dinner here and had a concern. I do not grade a company by, if they make a mistake. Because truth be told, we all make mistakes. But I do grade them by if and how they follow up and make it right. I spoke to Alexis, the manager. She took care of our concern quickly, efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. Great manager care. Thanks Alexis, we'll be back. Boyd.
I love the Carabba’s on San Jose!! The bartender Larry is the absolute best. He takes care of you so well. And the food is to die for. Whether I’m dining alone, with Larry or with my husband or friends.I always feel at home❤️❤️

Fantastic service and food. We went to Carrabba’s to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We have a lot of family that lives in town so our group is rather large. 16 to be exact, and that not including any friends that may come along. Anyhow, I called about a week in advance to request a reservation as many places do not do them. Carrabba’s is one that does not do them however, because of our party size they made an exception. Finally a restaurant using its head. I will post pictures of everyone’s food but the description of food will be of my own.
We started with Calamari and an order of their wings. The Calamari tasted fresh rather than frozen. It was flavorful with its fresh cracked black pepper infused light breading. The marinara sauce that accompanied it was mildly sweet with hints of basil and thyme.
The wings were fantastic. A sort of mildly spicy Tuscan herb rub went pleasantly with the house made blue cheese dressing. They were crispy, moist, and tender. Our only complaint was when there were none left.
Your meal comes with a choice of a salad or a soup. Both of which there are 3-5 options. I chose the sausage and lentil soup. I loved it. It was creamy, spicy, and robust. The sausage was a Italian sage sausage making for a very good savory flavor with just a hint of sweetness. I was sad that I only got one bowl and was very close to skipping dinner for a couple more bowls of soup.
I ordered the lasagna as my main course. I was really quite surprised by it’s lack luster. It was a decent enough lasagna but truthfully I would put it slightly lower than frozen from the store. It was all pasta. What I mean by that is there was little to no meat, sauce (except on top, and the sauce tasted great, needed more garlic), and CHEESE. I mean you gotta have cheese guys. I suppose there may be those out there that would like this version but I did not.
I asked my family about there meals and everything else was very good to great.
I will be coming back to this Carrabba’s, but it will be for the soup, not for the lasagna.
Food quality is fantastic. Quantity not so much. Portion sizes are too small for the money. The portion sizes have definitely gotten smaller through the years. I have been customer for many years. I used to take leftovers home. Not anymore.
I had the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti noodles and my friend had the salmon, and the food and drinks surpassed my expectations. This was the night of the Steelers Jags game and even at the end of the night an hr before closing, I was treated like I was a Jaguars player. John made our experience something to remember. He didn’t hold it against us that we all had on Steelers gear and the Steelers won this night lol This guy truly understands customer service. Thanks John. He’s a great bartender!!
