Mcdonald's

I ordered a Carmel frappe, and they pulled me up. No issue with that. After about 10-15 minutes, they brought out a chocolate frappe. I explained to the lady I ordered a Carmel frappe and didn’t like chocolate anything, or I wouldn’t have an issue drinking it. She said my recipe said “chocolate “ I explained again I didn’t order chocolate; I said Carmel, and no one repeated my order back at the window, or I would have corrected them. She said, “well, let me see if we can fix it.” She walked back in, and I didn’t see her for 30 minutes, so I parked and walked in and waited. After standing at the counter for 5-10 minutes, the manager asked me what order I had. So I explained I was waiting to get a medium Carmel frappe. She then said the order was not entered and she would make it. So after an hour of waiting for one drink, I received the wrong size but left due to the time.

Every time I come here it’s something. The previous time I came I was charged wrong for my food and my sandwiches both had so much salt and pepper on them that’s all I could taste and my drink tasted like it had no syrup in it. I came by today to get 2 drinks and I didn’t get a straw and the orange Fanta still had no syrup!!!!

The only good service at this location was the self serve kiosk. The entire dining room was dirty and filthy. I had to ask for a towel to wipe off our table, because almost all the tables were dirty. When I mentioned to the male manager the dirty dining room, he said, "We're doing the best we can." If you are doing the best you can, than your dining room only reflects your best, which is poor. I watched to see when things slowed down if they would clean, they did not. If you want to eat in filth, this is your place. If you are drive-thru, then no worries.

McDonald's just isn't for me. I went there to get my mom a caramel frappe which I think are ridiculously priced. They used to have decent food at low prices now they have tasteless food like it literally has no taste. Everything has a stale flavor if any flavor at all. I miss the old McDonald's but I have to give it to the folks who run the finance debt. They sold everything so cheap that everyone ate there then little by little they did things right under our nose like bringing in a high priced chicken sandwich and then another high priced item like their frappe's and without us even noticing they went up on everything. Everyone still eats there out of habit I think and if they'd stop and pay attn they'd realize their almost if not completely higher priced than every other fast food chain.
