Be advised this location is a shack stand alone in an outside mall ,super cute and Fabulous service plus warm yummy 🥨 's bites . So this is a perfect first stop to your shopping fun!

Fantastic service! We were enjoying the pond on a hot day and the worker offered to start our order before she officially opened so it would be hot and fresh when they opened. Highly recommend!

Asking for a tip is wildly inappropriate for doing your job. Taking payment and handing me my pretzel doesn’t qualify for a tip. Pretzel was good as always.

They were short staff so it was a wait for my order, but pretzels are as good as always.

The customer service here has always been nice. I have never had a problem at this location until today.I received a pretzel that was so hard, It was not edible. I tried to call up to the store to let them know to see if they would replace it but no one answered the phone. I will always check my pretzel now, before leaving this location. Thankfully!!!!! the really nice lady at the regency location named Sue gave me a fresh pretzel. thank you Mrs. Sue.

Waited in line for a few minutes. Pretzels were great and all fresh. The young man at the register was very friendly too!

Always fresh and made to order. If only one person working, please be patient. It is truly worth the wait!! Nice & friendly staff.

Great pretzel covered hotdogs! The pretzels were so big, my neice had to share them with us. It's nice that they are outside and by a small water feature with turtles on one side and koi fish on the other. Occasionally ducks and other birds hang out there too.

Great staff. They offer a military discount, and always give me a cup of water for my dog. Their stand is always a pit stop on our walks
