Just ate here for the first time and it was amazing! The best food I've ever had! And that's saying something cause I'm the pickiest eater I know!! I highly recommend this place!
Amazing customer service. They go above and beyond. They truly have the most amazing BBQ I have ever tasted! The brisket and pork were very moist, not dry and the perfect smoke taste. We had the mac n cheese and pork and beans for the sides and I absolutely loved how it tasted homemade with love. I feel as if it is the Ruth Chris of BBQ, but is a great find for the price. We used this company for my husbands retirement party and we were extremely satisfied! They did a great job catering. Give them a try. It's worth the drive! I would give more than 5 stars and they just got a customer for life!
Food and service were off the charts great. You know you're in the right place when you walk in door and yhe smokeyness from the BBQ engulfs the room! I will be going back for sure many times. BTW the corn nuggets were the best I have ever had!
This was my first visit here. They have really friendly service. A very nice selection on the menu. The pulled pork was excellent for Florida BBQ. The baked beans were really good. The Mac n cheese was ok. My husband really loved the collard greens. He also loved the ribs but for one major problem, they did not remove the membrane. I was a little disturbed with the cleanliness of the place. Most of the tables were dirty. The kitchen / food prep area was disgusting. The employees were all young but that's no excuse for such a mess. Having said that, I will try it again because it was pretty damn good BBQ.
I've always drove by this area and say one day I'll stop because it smells so good. Well, TODAY was that DAY! I got the ribs! It didn't disappoint. The cashier was very friendly and helpful! I'll be back again! So sorry that I didn't take a picture of food before I ate it.
This place has the best BBQ in Jacksonville! The customer service is great too! I can't believe my husband and I didn't find this place sooner. The beef brisket is to die for. It literally melts in your mouth! And the turkey is the best BBQ turkey I've ever had in my life! Everything was cooked perfectly. I've been craving their BBQ daily. I can't wait to go back! I definitely recommend this place 200%!! You will not be disappointed!!

It's small and it's off the beaten track but it us SO worth the trip!
The wings are amazing. Smoked and then fried with a great selection of mixes and a house rub thatbis really fantastic. The Bar-b sauce is excellent. Subtle and yet really brings out the flavor!
The ribs and pulled pork are great. Possibly best in Jax, top 5 if nothing else. Simply delicious.
The green beans, yeah a side of green beans, are phenomenal. Just blew my mind flavor-wise. Was expecting just regular ol' green beans but these will knock your socks off!

I got the barbecue pork sandwich and Brunswick stew. Is excellent, and decent portions. BBQ was great and the stew was a happy surprise! Stew was a side that was filling and really tasted good. I will come back.
Some of the best BBQ I've had in a very long time the pulled pork was cooked perfectly and the sweet sauce was amazing not to mention the banana pudding to top everything off ! You can feel the southern hospitality as soon as you enter and the owners support our 2nd amendment with guns welcome sign hanging on the front door. They can have my dollar any day will be back for sure !
Fast, very friendly service! The food was great as always! I had the special. Pulled pork sandwich, with fries and sweet tea. $10.00 cash! Tax, tag, and title all included! If you pay with a card there is a small fee on top of the $10! Also you have your choice of side and drink you want!
Food was excellent & portions are generous! This place is an authentic BBQ joint that we would definitely recommend! The yummy smoker aroma fills the room when you walk in. Best collard greens ever! I'm very picky about my greens. I'm so sick of getting greens that taste like vinegar, these had just the right amount of spice & flavor. Loved them! Coleslaw & brisket were perfect as well. My son had the pulled pork cheese fries - they should disclose that this portion is HUGE & should be shared! My 5 year old had the kids' sliced turkey w/baked beans. The turkey was perfectly moist. And my picky 12 year old had the pulled pork & almost cleaned her plate. If you love BBQ & are in the area, definitely check this place out!
Absolutely delish!!! Not only can these folks provide great meals inside but they can really cater!!! Just last week, they catered to our glider club at Herlong Airport and they did a wonderful job!!! Sarah was awesome to deal with and James who made the delivery was super! On behalf of my fellow pilots, I want to say thank you for everything! You guys are GREAT!!! We will definitely have you come back out again soon.
