Best Subway in Jax!!!!! Very clean and efficient. Calvin is by far the best employee!! He's fast, clean, charismatic, and just all around genuinely amazing!! Give that man a raise!!!
Update- Calvin is gone, but Amri is an amazing woman and still keeps things clean, quick and an overall great experience! I'm glad they're keeping good help in there with the way the world is now!

I just want to tell the young lady thank you!!!! I wished I had gotten her name but she was the only worker in the store. We came in with about 20 young football players and about 8 adults. She stood in the paint. Her attitude was absolutely professional even when the people was coming in for online orders that she had not made yet. She didn’t get mad she didn’t get an attitude she just apologized and told them she would get to it as soon as she could and smiled. Yes, I tipped her good because she could have had a nasty attitude but she didn’t. Thank you again for your hospitality and patience.

The wait time was not very long and the people behind the counter were very courteous and made my sandwiches the way that I wanted them made they were very polite the customers that were ahead of me we're happy with their order as well it's a store that I will keep going to and I think the people that work there for their kindness and courtesy

We love going to the Subway on McDuff for the fresh food and to talk to Kelvin! Kelvin is by far the most friendly Subway employee I’ve ever met. He ensures quality food, service and engages in great conversation every time we see him. He greets us with a friendly and familiar smile while making delicious and loaded sandwiches. We love to see him when we come in and love to hear how things are going with him. I can 100% say I’ll be coming back to this location thanks to his great hospitality.

Today, I had possibly the best restaurant experience in my life. I was served by Kelvin, and he was the most courteous, kindest, and friendliest foodservice worker I have ever met. I have eaten at 5 star restaurants all over America, and this was the best experience I’ve had. I think he was the owner or manager but I wanted to express my gratitude in this review for the wonderful experience we had today.

My favorite Subway in Jax. Employees are always so friendly and helpful. Food is typical of any Subway, but the employees make all the difference. Ordering through the app for pick up was very easy and seamless. Worked better than at a couple of other locations who didn’t have my order ready by the projected time. Parking lot needs new painting for lanes and parking places, you take your life into your hands when you drive there.
