Truly the best cupcakes around ! They have always come through for me , last minute school parties , quick girlfriend get togethers, a quick pick me up at the end of the day ! I highly recommend them for elegant and unique dinner party desserts . My fave ( this year !) is the wedding cake flavor .. light but full of flavor , always makes me reminiscence about that piece of cake we always took home from family weddings ... yum, yum! Once you try a Sivadas cupcake , you are sure to return for more .... many many more in my case !😜
We found this little gem a couple days ago and what a nice find! We bought a 1/2 dozen variety and our favorites were the Boston cream, strawberry, creme brûlée, triple chocolate and the wedding cake for sure! Perfect texture for the "wedding cake" .... moist and fresh! We didn't care for the banana pudding filling, but all of the others had a homemade taste and we would buy again! Prices are good too, which will bring repeat customers! Friendly, helpful service from the young lady behind the counter! We will be back for the coconut and carrot cake! TY!

Awesome place for cupcakes! This place puts Cami Cakes to shame. My absolute favorites are the Tiramisu, Bananas Foster, and Key Lime Pie. I love these guys so much, I had them for my "wedding cake". A year later, my guests are STILL complimenting the cupcakes we had :) This place is a must!

Best. Cupcakes. EVER.. I was working at an account a few years ago, and they had brought in an order of Sivada's cupcakes, and when I told them I wasn't really a huge cupcake fan, they INSISTED I try them, so I did. Mind = BLOWN.
The first cupcake I tried was a tiramisu, which is my favorite dessert ever. They also forced me (not really!) to try a chocolate mousse cupcake, and I honestly can't tell you which was more amazing, but they were both 100% pure heaven in a cupcake form!
Since then, I have purchased these for numerous occasions with family and friends, and without fail, EVERYONE loses their mind over them, EVERY time! I have some really picky friends, too, and even the most hard-to-impress among them had their eyes roll back in their heads the moment they tried one of these rich, sinful delights.
Not for the calorie-conscious AT ALL, but among the best things you will ever taste, I assure you! Give 'em a try, and I apologize in advance for the addiction.
For the person who complained about them being "cold", this does NOT mean they're not fresh. Every single time I've ordered them now (probably 15 or so times), they've been made fresh that day, and the reason that they're "cold" is because they contain fillings (at least the ones I order) that need to be kept refrigerated or they will go BAD and turn into an unappetizing, runny MESS. Take them home and nuke them for a few seconds if you want to warm them up, but you've gotta realize that you just don't leave things like buttercream and custard-based fillings unrefrigerated.
How sweet it is!. It's been 3 years now that I've discovered Sivada's. It is the Best cupcakery in the area. Especially, their creme' brulee. It just melts in your mouth. Plus they give you a card so every time you buy one, you're closer to getting one free. I'll be going there today!!
Fantastic. I recently ordered both large and mini cucpakes (some of the specialties) for a baby shower. Could not have been more pleased. They looked beautiful and they tasted incredible. Moist, delicious, homemade! I cannot ecommend Sivada's in Avondale highly enough. In a world of so many dry cupcakes their's are a world apart and oh so good.
Great Cupcakes. I have not been disappointed yet. I was delighted to find that the Tiramisu cupcake has real mascarpone cheese- not cream cheese! A big plus. Their icing is perfectly sweet not overly sugary like some lesser cupcakes. Try anything that looks good to you!

OM NOM NOM NOM. These cupcakes are SO GOOD!! We went in on a whim and got three cupcakes. A Boston cream, a tiramisu, and a banana cream. All were delicious, even the banana cream, which wasn't eaten for two days. The atmosphere is cheerful without being suffocating and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely return.
Better Than Camicakes. IMO, their cupcakes are bigger & better than Camicakes. More unique flavors. Try them!
Wow. Banana Pudding Cupcake: with real bananas and real wafers. Says it all. The other stuff is reportedly very good, too.
Creme Brulee is a must have! I split it with a friend and we both were like, This Is Really Good!!! Dont ask me how she split the raspberry but she did and it was a nice touch to add to the flavor profile. I really wanted to give this 5 stars but my chocolate and peanut butter was very dry, may have been a bad batch, I'm willing to try it again and up date my review.
The service was good, I was given a clear description of which cupcakes are on either side of the kiosk.
They lose points for not answering their phones. Couldn't ask a question regarding my order, couldn't change my order after I was forced to make it online. I kind of have a feeling that it might not come out right. I'll update after I pick up and everything goes well. I'll add another one on top of that if the cupcakes are amazing.

Best cupcakes I have had in a very long time. Not sickeningly sweet. The vanilla cream cheese filled is my favorite.
I happened upon Sivada's Cupcakery while walking through the Avondale district. I purchased four delicious cupcakes; two of the best were the Banana Cream Pie and Red Velvet! Stop on by if you are in the mood for cupcakes!

My boyfriend ordered a dozen of these cupcakes for my birthday last week. And let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised. 4 creme brulee, 4 cheese cake, 2 snickerdoodle, & 2 birthday cupcakes did not stand a chance! I’m not really one for sweets but these cupcakes are hard to pass. You can tell that quality ingredients are used and they aren’t filled with artificial sweeteners. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you Sivada for making my special day one to remember!

I went to this place last week for the first time. I just got 4 cupcakes because I wasn’t sure if I would like it or not and I like their cupcakes! Will visit there again to try other flavors too :)
Cupcakes are delicious!! I am new to the area, but have stopped in here 3 x times so far. They are sometimes low in their overall selection, but the quality has been consistent and very, very good. These treats are not inexpensive, and that perfectly OK, it’s a specialty shop, not a Publix bakery. The one thing that would make the entire experience a 5 is simply the condition of the shop itself. It is in a great, boutiquey area/building in Avondale, and has the potential to be much more welcoming, but the shop is in need of a simple cosmetic boost. Even just a new solid, matching coat of paint, some clean windows and a professional ordering menu board (total investment 450?) could make such a difference and experience . Hopefully that’s on their shortlist soon, but the cupcakes ….worth it!
This is my 3rd time and it's 5 stars for us! The Coconut cream & The Black tie are Awesome and this time we tried the Strawberry yum😋
